The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, they can be easily told to do something such have a request on cleaning, picking stuff, and give some information. The room is quite comfortable for a family of 5. The king bed is bigger than we thought, and it made our rest very well.

We cannot call the receptionist from the hotel room via our room phone, so we should either call them via mobile phone or go directly to the receptionist. The elevator cannot carry hotel guests at peak times, so sometimes we should use the freight elevator instead. We also have to manually tell the receptionist each time we want to get out of the parking lot to get free parking. Otherwise, we should pay for the parking lot. One of my family members also got bed mites, and we realized this on the third day. I hope it only happens to us Wi-Fi signal on our room is not so good, but I think it depends on the room location

The suite room was nice and cozy

I had to wait for more than 1 hour to get the room and key I have booked online before.

Perfect location for where we needed to go. Accessible to stores and food vendors. Friendly hotel staff.
