Sehr zentrale Lage an der Place Drouet d‘Erlon. Parkhaus sehr schnell erreichbar.

Ik kreeg een kamer op de 5de verdieping.lift ging tot 4de. Met trap naar boven. Voor mij niet fijn. Kamer klein en voelde me weggestopt. Ben naar receptie gegaan. Vertelde dat ik vaker in het hotel ben geweest en voor minder geld een betere kamer had. De dame keek op haar scherm e gaf me de sleutel van kamer op tweede verdieping. Ik bedankte haar. De kamer was groter en met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Die van de 5de slechts één. De volgende morgen dacht ik: eens kijken waarvoor ik eigenlijk heb betaald: en jawel een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en uitzicht op de tuin. Wat, overigens, niet zo was. Ik had gisteren helemaal niet zo dankbaar hoeven zijn, want ik had gewoon een kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden betaald. Nee dit keer niet blij. Andere keren wel. En geen enkele verontschuldiging gehoord.

L'emplacement de l'hotel en plein coeur de Reims et à deux pas de la gare et des transports en commun, le charme d'un hotel qui s'est bien modernisé tout en conservant son histoire et en particulier son ascenseur qui date de 1923 et qui fonctionne très bien, la clef de la chambre (une vraie clef et pas un "pass, version CB"), une atmosphère mythique digne d'un roman d'Agatha Christie ! une chambre calme et bien chauffée, et un accueil très chaleureux et sécurisant !
La literie qui est un peu "raide", les serviettes de toilettes un peu fines et très rêches... un unique distributeur de savon dans la douche...

Excellent Location with Elevator!
Everyone was very helpful and kind.
The hotel is cute ans cozy.
The best possible location, one block from train station, in the middle of restaurants street but away from the noise.
It has an elevator, something rare in France.
I will come back.

Maybe they forgot, when making the room for my first night, that pillow cases were not clean. Happily, there were clean pillows in the closet, so I just switched them.

The room is rather small and the hotel is rather old. But this cannot be helped given the central location.

Old style hotel. The small garden might be very nice in seasons outside winter. Better in a way than the hotel chain where it is so impersonal. Very close to a large underground parking.
I was at the top floor: very small room. No more warm water in the evening... They advised me to let it run for a while (?? nowadays...? ). I tried though.. but did not help.

rooms are dated and was quite dusty. very thin walls you could hear everything throughout the hotel.

The place was quiet, with friendly staff and a luggage room. Location was great, and since we just wanted the hotel as a place to sleep, the small room size was fine.
There was no hot water for the first shower in the morning, or at least only enough to change the water temperature from frigid to cold. Water pressure was low too. When the second person showered about 10 minutes later, these issues were gone. Maybe people in too many rooms were trying to shower at once?

Perfect central location, clean, secure with friendly local staff. Room was incredibly quiet despite being in the main area for restaurants & bars.
