Some details such as shower-quite tight, communication with the staff outside Italian not so easy.

...the location. As if it is only for an overnight stay on your way to/from your holiday or for a weekend away like me and my husband. The location is near Tamaro Mountain and Splash&Spa, for one who likes going on a mountain bike or trekking/hiking and the other to relax in spa... well just perfect! We opted for the half-board as we were positively surprised if the meal portions. The breakfast was good too and most of all, the staff, starting from the receptionist/check-in to the waitresses. Right in front of the train station, so you get there by train and 5 minutes walk from the Splash&Spa with the hotel's free parking, you save yourself money too, as we went there the day we arrived and could leave our car at the hotel before my You get a Ticino Card too issued by the hotel which gives you 20%-30% off the entrance fees of many places and free Arcobaleno card/public transport, so we were actually quite surprised. We will be definately back!

No Wi-Fi , staff are not speaking English luckily chef was very helpful gave his private Wi-Fi access. Room were not good , single room had a spider.

the bed linen! The under sheet was not protected, and it was diffucult to see if it was clean ascit was dar-coloured stretch cotton. The upper shhet was simply in a rumple on the bed.
