L'amabilité du personnel de l'accueil à notre arrivée, l'emplacement très proche de la mer et le parking. Camping très sécurisé.
Un employé s'est introduit en matinée, 2 jours consécutifs, dans notre bungalow avec sa clé de service alors que nous étions en train de dormir. C'est inadmissible car ils doivent quand même savoir quel bungalow est occupé ou non et ne pas entrer sans notre accord. Ne vaut absolument pas un 5 étoiles niveau équipement. Les chaises longues que nous avons eu étaient très abîmées. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes un employé pour faire l'état des lieux de sortie et personne n'est jamais venu au rdv. Nous avons dû appeler la réception pour savoir comment faire dans cette situation. Signalisation des bungalows inexistante, nous n'arrivons pas à localiser précisément le lieu de notre bungalow si on arrive par une autre entrée.

Notre bungalow était juste en face d’un dos d’âne et les voiturettes me réveillaient tôt le matin en passant dessus

J'ai eu du mal à trouver mon bungalow et manque de lumière a l'extérieur dans le camping.
Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, les nuits en septembre sont un peu froid

Great campsite in a unique location offering beach access and a great pool as well as lots of activities for everyone.
Only thing we found tricky was finding a free sunbed at the pool on v hot days! Also the beds in the mobile home could be a bit more comfortable!

I'm very sorry, but really pay attention to the accommodation, it was quite dirty, quite broken utensils, the staff did not help us much....and the extra payment for sheets came to us in excess, generally the pictures were taken when the bungalow was new, now it is pretty bad!

Great location, excellent service. Great mobile home. An experience we’ll never forget. Traveling with a 8 year old girl and 2 year old boy, this had it all! beach , pool, playgrounds, kid farm, cool concerts great food. A lot of choices in restaurants. We will be coming back for sure!

We were upgraded to bigger accommodation on arrival which was really appreciated this meant we had a dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was clean and explained clearly and staff were very helpful. We requested help with arranging an airport transfer and the staff went above and beyond to help us which was fabulous they even let us stay a bit longer in the accommodation prior to leaving which was so helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely use Mobil Homes Vacances in the future.
It rained! Nobodys fault! Also just a little thing the shower bracket didn't work so it wouldnt hold the shower up and we had to hold it..a little thing but a bit annoying.

Accomodation and camping are great! Very clean and well arranged camping, very nice pool and beach. Convenient to park car in front of the mobile home.
No staff was available during check in time. Called several times, but no one picked up. Waited for long time, until somebody finally showed up out of nowhere. His initial reaction was denying that we had a reservation for today. Only after showing my booking confirmation he took me into the office to arrange the check in. Even though my French is not good, he certainly didn't apologize at all for letting us wait for more than an hour with our baby of 18 months in need of food and sleep...

Lovely beachside location in green and leafy caravan park.
The nightly rate was pretty reasonable, but the hidden extras deep in the fine print felt deceptive and scammy. Thirty euros for a night for a sheet and a couple of towels is outrageous and should be clearly advertised in advance -- or even better, included. You shouldn't have to dig through the fine print on booking.com to make sure your room comes with the bare essentials, and that bare minimum equipment shouldn't add 50% to the cost of the nightly stay!

This was my first experience at a camping resort and it was much cleaner and calmer than I was expecting. Great location, lots to do on and off-site, people at MHV were lovely! I can honestly say that if you want a hassle-free, child-friendly holiday in a lovely spot, you will be pushed to do better than this.

Staff are very friendly and helpful too.
