The hotel is a really beautiful place, the location with the seaview is amazing, just perfect to wake up go out and admire the sea for at least 10 mins was perfect to renew the energy. The location is perfect, just a 15 mins walk for the beach/bars/small supermarket. Cheryl was really helpful with everything we needed, super nice! If I go back to West bay I would stay there again. The breakfast was hondurinian typical food with other more basic options.

The rooms were spacious with a very comfortable deck over looking the ocean.

The only problem we had was with the water, the resort filter system wasn’t working property but the owners dealt with it quickly.

We’d stayed here before and loved the location. Near to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Cocolobo.

Beautiful lodge!! The ocean view from each room is impeccable. I felt like I could completely relax and just enjoy my vacation properly. The staff was great, so welcoming and helpful in every way. And the infinity pool is such a great touch, especially at night when all the stars are out :) Thank you so much! Lovely experience.

The only point of caution for solo female travelers is that it's a little bit of a dark, quiet (though short) walk home at night. I didn't have any issues with it in general, but I also asked newfound friends to walk me home if it was too late. Be safe, chicas!

it was hard to check in and no one clean our room and someone stole cash from our room.

Sheryl is an amazing host, very sweet and kind. She made our stay perfect. I would definetively recommend couples and everyone to stay in this lovely place. For those like us that don't like the concrete of the resorts and instead enjoy beeing in the nature while still keeping high comfort, I completely recommend!

The location is just perfect for a peacefull stay. If you need to stay conected to the world and rest , that is the place to go!! Cheryl and Joana were awsome giving personality to the favility and always ready to help in all aspect. Travel to Roatam feequently and this was by far the best location for the past 4 years

The room was spacious and had a great view. The deck in front of the room was nice. The kitchenette was nice, the bathroom was spacious and the AC worked great! We arrived early from the ferry and they let us check into our room early. They also have a storage closet for luggage. About a 5 minute walk to the main road in the West End. Staff was super nice!

The deck was being worked on so the pool wasn't available. It will be amazing when it is done though!

excellent location walkable to West End dining and shops. super quiet and fairly safe. love the privacy and nature around. humming birds and deer. it was nice sitting on the upstairs screened in porch in the morning when not too hot. there’s parking in front of unit.

unit was very musty/moldy inside and had no cross breeze even with all doors and windows open. the upstairs living area and kitchen was unusable because it had to be 95f + up there and no AC. The AC units in the bedrooms have crazy extremely bright lights cycling like a discotec all night long. one bedroom had a king bed made up of two very hard twin mattresses and no way to sleep in the middle of the bed. we’ve stayed at several different places in Roatan and it’s by far not the worst but not very comfortable.

Management charged a "Resort Fee" not itemized on the Booking.com site, and did not comply with the payment terms as written. In fact, they have agreed to refund the resort fee, but we are still awaiting it (a month later!) as they claim they cannot process it through Visa. There was zero flexibility in date changes, though we had only had it reserved for two weeks prior to requesting a change. In fact, they threatened to cancel our entire reservation with 12 hours notice! We had requested an upper suite, which they confirmed via Booking.com, then later denied unless we paid $$$ upgrade. We are completely turned off from the experience and will never book here again. We ended up having to cancel our trip completely due to Covid, and while I understand policies and procedures, we've never been treated so poorly. The communication with the management was terrible, right down to the incorrect invoice and zero customer service attitude. Would not recommend.

The location was amazingly beautiful. The view even in a storm is absolutely breathtaking from the French Harbor suite. I don’t think any room had a bad view.

The breakfast could be much better considering the delicious options outside of the resort. it wasn’t horrible but it did nit meet expectations. We visited Lorettas kitchen everyday in order I get an amazing meal. She is only a few minutes walk away.

Room wasn’t perfectly clean which I expect when paying that much. Breakfast on Sundays is a joke (just fruit a muffin and coffee). No real windows which means you can here everything.

Sadly, breakfast was bland and underwhelming especially considering there was a unique option of eggs, refried beans and 1 fruit - which is great because local but lacked some “sophistication” and portions were very small.

Ocean views with sunsets. Comfortable room and bed, friendly staff and good managers, great tropical and peaceful vibe.

There were bicycles on site but old. we didn't see any bike riders on the island but we thought about riding into town since the road is cozy. TV in our room was very small.

Excellent room, with separate veranda facing the water (no beach but very relaxing to look at and hear the waves crashing), excellent and reliable wifi internet for digital nomads (was able to work comfortably with complete confidence), hosts spoke english was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful and an absolute pleasure to converse with. This was an extremely comfortable and reasonably priced home-base and I would come back again next time. Working hot-water, airconditioning - place checks all boxes

Cleaning-staff the hotel contracted were a bit late and could've been a bit more thorough. Sometimes breakfast options weren't ideal but host was extremely accommodating (made great eggs on request!)
