Expensive for Thailand for what is actually is. The view is amazing, which is basically what you’re overpaying for. Loved the villa on the whole, but a bit grotty round the pool area and some other areas. It was 40c and there were no sun umbrellas; despite asking, so sitting outside was uncomfortable because there’s no shade at all. this was so uncomfortable for some as the air-con in the living area is poor too. Also, no beach towels the on second day were missing (despite the cleaner having been apparently). There is no key for the door… it is a code lock like you’d see on an office door / gate; it can’t be locked from the inside, so anyone that knows the code can let themselves in. There are also doors that don’t lock…being up in the jungle made us feel unsafe as someone actually walked in the villa middle of day without any reason; which was worrying and inappropriate as he didn’t even say why he’d let himself in. This was for a special birthday, and this wasn’t acknowledged in any way (considering the shop is a taxi drive away, a few essentials would be good). place if things could be changed a little. We ordered a takeaway and was told the restaurant was closed over an hour after we placed the order with the reception. We then ordered from another restaurant who missed four items from the delivery, which wasn’t rectified. Overall, the customer service and experience isn’t up to the standard of the price being charged.

taxi needed to get to beach, bars and restaurants. possible to walk down to , impossible to walk back up. The villa is on a mountain in the forest, so chances of seeing wildlife such as insects and snake are pretty high. lots of mosquitoes.

it was amazing with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff.

no complaints, just be prepared the road leading here is a rather steep walk.

we have a lizard and more animals inside the room and pong doesn’t cares about it, he throw me and my wife in 23:30 from the villa and he knows that we couldn’t find a other hotel because they closed after 22:00 I have pictures about everything don’t go to them do me a favour and for yourself . this is was terrifying he tell us that he order a taxi driver but no he doesn’t we stuck in the jungle a 30 minutes until we order the taxi and he doesn’t care about us!! I never forget this and I hope that you pong be a good person like all the Thailand people

Everything about this place was heaven. The staff were so nice, welcoming and looked after you. I couldn't recommend staying here more! As soon as we walked in we were absolutely in love. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The view and pool were so beautiful. We will be back for sure!! Thank you for having us.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this incredible slice of paradise.
