The beach was great and easy to get to. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were squeaky and old. We couldn't use the pool because they didn't leave the wristbands. I called two days but they never left them. Very disappointing.

It is conveniently located next to the Holiday Inn Beach Resort at the south end of SPI, where I had an event. And, there is easy access to the beach. The condo was pretty clean and nicely decorated. There is a separate bedroom with two beds, plus the couch has a fold out (although not the most comfortable). It was very useful to have the full kitchen. Although the utensils may not all match and the pots and pans had signs of some use, this is what I expect of a beach condo. Growing up in a family that had a shared summer cottage, it got the old, hand-me-down items from plates to blankets...and this condo reminded me of that. No complaints for the price. If someone wants high end accommodations, there are plenty of places at SPI where one can pay a high end price.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The living area was great. The pool area was well maintained and enjoyable. Kitchen area and bath was fine. Unfortunately, the beds were not good. I had a very hard time trying to sleep because the mattresses were probably old. My husband and I sunk toward the center of the bed and when we moved springs made sounds.

Reviewer Comments: Not bad better than last year although this unit (206) gulfview 2 could use some upgrades, of course owners don’t like to spend money, but I see it differently, it’s an investment! Small things like hand rails for seniors getting in/out of shower would help us . It was clean which is huge for renters like us, we’re not picky comforts of home makes it feel like home for 2 months, we were a little disappointed in kitchen area with non matching plates, silverware and cooking utensils to much mix and match. What does it take to match? Everyone is different and I understand it, it was a great 2 months and looking forward to 2024 !
