The residence is exceptional. Very clean, personnel is very friendly. We had a family suite. Amazing.
There is nothing I did not like about the residence. As a suggestion to maybe place a more visible sign for the access road.

There is no elevator, tv was very old, haywire chair, bath window to high to open/close it, very noisy hotel - in fact it needs some basic renovation work

Nice hotel near ASTRA museum and the local zoo, but in a little street in the other side of the big road, in a really quiet and nice neighborhood. The parking lot is big and the room is new with nice bed.
Everything was nice, only for breakfast would be great to have some more sweets to eat. And in the room would be a plus having a boiler.

I stayed with a family. Unfortunately, the hotel disappointed us. First of all, the receptionist almost did not speak English. She informed us that breakfast started from 8:00am, that is too late! When we came to the dining room a little earlier, at 7:40, visitors had already been having breakfast. We felt like the receptionist disinformed us about the breakfast hours, and as a result, we wasted our time. A shower cabin could not be properly closed, waterflow was very weak, no proper ventilation in the shower room, and a window at the ceiling could not be opened. Moreover, positioning of the water tap was so bad, that while having a shower, we unintentionally touched the tab switching off the water. In addition, very poor breakfast - no fruit, no desserts, no pastry - all we enjoyed was bread, butter and jam.

No water in the room. I could take one from the fridge at the reception, but I would preffered to have it in the room ( especially since there was a working minifridge available in the room).

The location, the cleanliness of the room and the bed were very good. The room is big enough.
The breakfast was not extraordinary: low quality industrial orange juice for ex. I sent a mail via booking.com to the hotel asking for a room on the ground floor or with an elevator, but they never replied! I was on the first floor! No hotel in Roumania ever reply to any message sent to them!
