It was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the cleaning was good

Mình đặt chuyến đi cho cả gia đình có ông bà và bé nhỏ và các thành viên trong nhà đến từ nhiều nước khác nhau nên mình đã rất cân nhắc khi lựa chọn khách sạn. Wyndham Grand hotel đã khiến cả gia đình mình có một kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn và mình cực kỳ hài lòng với mọi dịch vụ: Đồ ăn phong phú, ngon, thay đổi theo ngày. Xe đưa đón linh hoạt và thoải mái. Nhân viên lễ phép, lịch sự và chu đáo. Đặc biệt cảm ơn em Phát ở bộ phận lễ tân đã cực kỳ linh động giúp đỡ chị vào lúc cuối chuyến đi.

Mình mong khách sạn có thêm hoạt động cho trẻ em vào buổi tối như nhảy theo nhạc, chơi trò chơi nhóm… vì khách sạn khá rộng nên nếu lúc check in những em bé được tặng 1 dây đeo tay để có thể viết số điện thoại hoặc cách thức liên lạc đến bố mẹ khi có đi lạc thì sẽ rất tốt. Khu bể bơi cần thêm ô che nắng ven bờ

Pool was large and looks good. Location has good access to the beach.

Not enough towels for the pool (had to wait 10mins). Not enough dining options. Restaurants and room service expected us to wait 60mins for food. Buffet food was served like scraps of leftover meat for dinner. Everything was so inefficient, probably a result of insufficient staff for the size of the premise. No ability to charge to room (even though they took photos of all our passports so they can clearly see your identity). What sort of 5 star hotel doesn't let you charge to your room?

air conditioning in the room isn’t that good. turned to 24C and it is still warm. same as elevator and some hallways. Wyndham took over from Vinoasis and May be they cut cost (not good for a nice hotel with this caliber.

Place is excellent, hotel is very big, room is comfortable.

Not all staff speaks english. Hotel and lunch/diner is rather expensive .

This is probably the best hotel on the island in terms of its location and infrastructure of the entire complex. The price of accommodation is cheap, but everything else costs just incredibly huge money.

Cafe shortage . There are also no good grocery stores.

very clean, modern and well equipped with shuttle bus to attractions. very good spread of buffet breakfast. staff were very attentive, helpful and prompt.

property was a bit too big and we had to walk quite far to the main lobby, to the beach. it was unfortunate that the water park was closed for construction while we were there

Very liked the center, where can play a tennis, billiard and others and the shopping street.

Beach was litle far, aound 300m from hotel and there was no toilet . construction noice near pool and beach

Pool, buffet breakfast, grounds near the beach, excellent quality free wellness centre (sauna, steam, hot, cold jacuzzi), proximity to Vin Wonders (next door) and the free shuttle to and from the theme park (awesome).

The false advertising indicating unlimited use of the resorts ‘waterpark’. The waterpark has been demolished and is currently a construction zone. The weird music in the halls which is loud and goes till late at night - kinda spooky. Lengthy check in process.
