The hosts are lovely people. The room, breakfast and atmosphere are superb. It is always a pleasure to stay there.

landlord and landlady were extremely friendly and helpfull, they explained all sights around Worthing and where to have nice dinner. I would enjoy if all landlords were like that. On top the guest house is immediately along the beach, one crosses the street and is there. Perfect place along the seaside
Well - not connected to the guest house and not to Worthing, rather about England itself. Public transport or other public facilities are not in the state, one would expect from a wealthy country... This summer I visited England 2 times, on each and every occasion, train service was close to failure.

The owners and staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful going the extra mile throughout the three nights/ days we were there. The room was clean comfortable and homely with Everything you needed in it and the breakfast that is complimentary was amazing with a cooked breakfast and as much continental breakfast as you liked from ceral and toast to fruit and yogurts we would definitely stay there again.
There isn't really anything that we didn't like.

Right on the sea front. Walking distance to the pier and the town centre.
Would of liked a communal room to read the paper or watch TV with a drink of your choice, especially if the weather is bad.

I found Martin & Jane to be incredibly welcoming & helpful.
The establishment was clean, tidy, comfortable & more than adequate for my needs.
The location is perfect, close enough to the town centre to walk with ease but just far enough not to be disturbed by the night life.
I consider the value for money to be exceptionally good.

The only thing was breakfast was unfortunately 7.30 and we had to be on site at 7

Martyn and Jane went out their way to make my stay as pleasurable as they could. Superb breakfasts and a great location. Wonderful to have milk, tea etc.. on an unlimited basis.
Maybe the room was on the small size, but then I am a big chap!

We liked everything, Martyn and Jane were wonderful hosts and very helpfull, room at back was quite and cosy, great breakfast, nothing negative to say. A little gem of a place😎

Location was amazing. Right on sea front.

The breakfast contained a fast range of cooked meals together with a healthy selection of cereals and fresh fruits.
I was prepared and served to every satisfaction.
There is nothing disliked.
The hosts were patient,courteous and I recommend them with confidence and pleasure that they will do their best to provide the utmost
satisfaction.

We had such a lovely welcome, including information about where we could find some great food locally. The room was very comfortable, location was excellent and the breakfast was just right, although we probably didn’t need to eat that much! Martin and Jane were kind enough to let us know that parking was free after 6pm on a Saturday and all day Sunday, so we didn’t need a permit for our stay.
