the place is clean.. kind staff and owner..very accessible and convenient to everything..we will book again...the price is very competitive... thank you..and see you again.
just add electric fan in family room..but everything is fine..it's so happen that it is summer...

Habitació còmode i neta. Té una terrassa molt maca per prendre el cafè. Te i cafè disponible gratuït. Bon AC. A prop del aeroport (caminant).
Costa una mica arribar, però si preguntes als locals de la zona t'ajudaran.

Location was good, walking distance from the airport. Also walking distance to the market, mall, and sights. Lots of shops, eateries and bars in the area. Room was large enough and the fan was quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend. Free cold drinking water is a lovely touch. We were also able to book our onwards travel from them. Would stay again.
We had a triple room, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the space between the two bunks is a bit small, but it's OK if you're careful

Location is 5 minutes from the airport when we ride the tricycle. The room that we get is very affordable, and super clean when we arrived. Also the staff is accommodating and answers all our questions. Will definitely recommend this place to those who are looking for a budget place near the airport and other necessities.
We don't get to talk to the reception when we check out @ 4:45am. Its maybe our fault because we didn't informed them earlier. We just left a note and the key on their reception area. :)

Everything was all right, very good location, walkable distance to the airport and city center, great accommodation for two nights

Host is Accommodating. Room and beds are clean. Just some meters from the main street where you can buy food, things. Near 1 small catholic church. Free coffee and calm front yard for morning coffee. Easy check in because host lives there. The toilet is a bit small. No hot water in family room. In general, good choice for an affordable price. Thank you host.

Great for sleeping overnight. the place was clean... the bathroom was clean though it is small. The triple room i think would be small for 3 grown person but since it was just me it was great
i liked everything. there is always room for improvement but so far so good with them.

The fact someone was there ready to book us on after out flight arrived at 10pm
Close to airport but still got ripped off by taxi 400 peso for 1.2km ride.

Good location as I could walk from the airport. Central to everything. The room was a double bed with fan and private bathroom. Free coffee all day. Tours provided.
Paying extra for aircon. Bugs in the room coming from broken window as the window doesn't close. I had to block it. See photo.

The staff is kind. The room was clean. The location is convenient, just 1.5 km away from the airport, and close to several small restaurants, bars, and shops. The aircon works well.
There was no hot water. No toiletries provided. The towel they provide is extremely small, and can only be used for one's hands. The hotel is located on a small street that is not paved, so it might be difficult to walk there with large luggage. The bathroom is, I would say, less than 4 square meters.

I didn't get the room I ordered. I booked a double and got a dorm instead. Would not give me a discount when I asked.

Since we only stay for a short period of time, I believe they should have installed air conditioners in every room and it will not consume a lot of electricity and should install a hot shower

Staff are crazy rude, always seem angry or upset and will mock your accent and name. You get what you pay for in the room really, cold showers

Had all we needed for a relatively cheap price. Cosy outdoor area. Comfy bed, room had a pentry. Very close to the airport!
Mosquitos in the room, probably because our windows were open when we arrived. The room was extremely humid, clothes soaked it up during the night.
