Room as not advertised air con on at hotels discretion turned off during the day when I had a baby to nap. My family who paid for an upgrade had full aircon . Blood up the walls for 3 days still there when leaving. Had to ring to ask for the beds to be changed was told it was done 5 days a week but not on the day I rang but it was only changed once in 6 days after I had made a phone call to do it. Dangerous flooring all over complex esp down the back where our apt was there was a path full of sand missing tiles and uneven. Pool was manky dirty no shallow end and stairs that are extremely hard to get out of. Food was okaish edible but noting you could eat for 7 days in a row.

This was our second trip to Cala D'or and it didnt let down. However it was our first trip to this hotel. Would be go again? In a heart beat but that said, there were some hiccups and things I would change. Firstly Im a believer in you get what you pay for. £900 for 5 nights all inclusive 2 adults 2 kids, can I really moan? The whole complex is well kept and looked after, but the rooms definitely need some updating. Is it enough to put me off? Not at all. To us its somewhere to get our heads down, who goes to this beautiful place to sit indoors? Rooms were clean, beds comfy and amble space for a family of 4 in a two bedroom apartment.. The cleaners come in 5 days a week to spruce up the place, change bedding and give fresh towels. I had requested ground floor on booking due to walking issues and they didnt let us down. We were prime location with a short walk to restaurants and pools etc. Pools very child orientated so perfect for our 11 and 9 year old. We did manage a small escape to the adults only rooftop pool, which met every expectation. Just lovely to relax in the jaccuzi pool, over looks the bucket splash park. The food... everything cooked fresh and amble amounts of variety for all meal times. We didnt do hungry. The snack bar was a big hit with the kids throughout the day. We were impressed to see spirits and cocktails and wines on the all inclusive bar. Top shelf drinks available at extra cost but never had to buy a drink as there was more than enough. Also all soft drinks including slushes a hit with the kids. The night time entertainment was ok, but we're not really sit round the hotel on a night kind of people. With.Cala D'or only 5 mins away by taxi and Cala Egos 5 minutes walk we preferred to be out. But it was very lively from what we did see. Overall, we've been home a week and I'd book to go back to the same place if we werent already going somewhere else! I would definitely recommend, despite many other opinions.

Our final day left us with a 10 hour power cut in apartment. No air conditioning, lights or plugs. Believe this was half of hotel including street adjoining. But was back on time to charge phones for boarding passes ready to leave..the hotel opened up the tv room for people to cool down, charge phones etc. I did request to be moved but there was no space.

Food was fine but could be improved. The kids club was excellent, Nea was amazing with the children. Great playground beside the restaurant.

Spa facilities… it wasn’t a spa, a dirty room off the gym. Spa prices though! The therapist was very good however

Food are very good, not fancy but normal food. Staff was amazing, animators team, other people of hotel are very kind.

The beds not very comfy, but one our 6 night was ok :) In the kitchen there was no bowls, and other stuff. But irs okey, in reception they give us. Internet was awfull, its impossible to connect to theme. That dissapointed my fakily very much, because me and my husband needed to work two ours a day.

My son is autistic and I was worried about the swimming pool. Thankfully the kids pool was shallow for me to let my son play away and not too shallow that he couldn't do anything. The slides in the kids pool were also great for them amd gave them a little more to do than just splash. The spa was free although I didn't use it. The gym was also free. I'm a gym freak and it was 10/10. Kids club is free and for 1hour 30mins in the morning in the afternoon and half an hour disco at night giving us adult time. Also th3 beach was literally across the road. This is the cheapest holiday I have been on and completely worth the money if your on a budget and plan on spending most of your time on the resort.

The only things I can fault is that our room got cleaned on the first day but was not touched after that we had to ask for clean towels. the next time they came was an hour before we checked out and wanted to clean the room while we were packing. Of course we said no and they left. Also the town was completely empty the main town is not walkable so we did not get going to the main town.

Location was great close to beach, shops and marina. Food lots of choice and snack bar handy, bedroom spacious and modern, adult only area really nice and spa was great

Very clean, modern apartment.

Just had the best family holiday. The animation team are just amazing. There was a big selection of food every day. The pools were amazing and a beautiful little beach just over the road. Excellent value for money

The room was abit tired but absolutely fit for purpose and for the price cannot complain. We would 100% return

Decent size swimming pools and splash pools for children. Decent variety at buffet, snack bar and entertainment......hotel facilities were great

Meal times at the buffet were busy, best waiting towards end for quicker service. Rooms are a bit dated but everything was in good working order, beds were made up every day and fresh towels provided.

Food was quite tasty. Not much to choose from and always the same things for breakfast, but was fine.

Don't expect to get clean towels or have your room cleaned. We could be out all day from 8am till 8-9pm and no one would clean our room or change towels. Room was cleaned only twice during our stay and even after that didn't look clean at all. No one changed our bedding either, which got stained on first day. Indoor swimming pool - constantly loocked. No one there. Asked about it the staff from the main pool - didn't speak English... Then one day spotted someone in the spa building, wanted to use the pool to be told, that it needed to be booked a few days in advance! Several activities for kids stopped. No entertainment unless main swimming was busy (one day!). No option of hot drink after breakfast. Also sweetened milk in a coffee machine, so had to make a black coffee and add milk from milk and lcereal department. Bedrooms clerly should have been redecorated by now.. You couldn't really lock the door properly... But to be able to use the safe box you would have to pay extra €19!

The hotel is amazing. The room was super comfortable and had even more that we needed. Plus a huge balcony with a sun bed. Food was nice, a perfect value for the price. Many facilities for kids.

Little pools are great for small kids and there was a good variety of food in the restaurant.

Big pool is deep all over, I'm 5ft 4" and was on my tip toes by the walls, I had to tread water all the time or continously swim while keeping my kids a float as well.
