הגענו לסופש חמישי עד שבת קבוצה של 5 זוגות שילמתי מראש על ארוחת ערב שישי *במזומן* !! מיותר לציין שהארוחת ערב הייתה מהגרועות שנתקלתי בהם בחיי
הגענו לחדר אוכל לקראת 20:30 שהארוחה נפתחה ב19:00 עד 21:00 החדר אוכל היה ריק ולא מאנשים אלא מאוכל מה שנגמר לא מילאו הצוות מקפל לאנשים את השולחנות בפנים ושלא נדבר על האוכל עצמו שכל קשר בינו לבין אכיל זה מקרי בהחלט
לפני כניסת השבת (אני שומר) השארתי כרטיס אשראי לפיקדון בכדי לקחת דברים בבריכה בשבת ללא צורך לשלם באותו הרגע , כשהגעתי לצ׳ק אאוט דרשו ממני לשלם 780 שח כשהסכום היה נשמע לי לא הגיוני ביחס למה שלקחתי ביקשתי לעבור על החשבון ומופיע שם שלא שילמתי על ארוחת הערב של יום שישי. כמובן שטענתי שכן אבל מכיוון ששולם במזומן ולא לקחתי קבלה לא הייתה לי אפשרות להוכיח באותו רגע, מנהלת המשמרת הציעה לשחרר אותנו ושהיא תבדוק במצלמות האם באמת שילמתי (מיותר לציין את הבושה שאומרים לך דבר כזה מול אנשים נוספים).
אחד מהזוגות שכמובן גם הזדעזע מהמלון ומהארוחה בפרט דאג להעלות את זה בפניהם שבתמורה הם הציעו לזכות את כולנו בסכום ששילמנו על ארוחת הערב.
רק היום חודש שלם אחרי חזרו אליי אם תשובה שהם ראו שבאמת שילמתי וזיכו אותי בסכום כל זה לקח סך הכל יום אחד אז לא הייתה סיבה להתעכבות הזאת חוץ מהתנהגות מזלזלת מהנהלת המלון שמיותר לציין שלא אני ולא הקרובים שלי נחזור לשם.

The room was clean and a great size, the pool is nice and the location is pretty good. The hotel staff called every day to make sure everything was fine
We received the room a little late and they had not yet finished cleaning it, at breakfast the selection was indeed large but the hotel employees had difficulty maintaining order and cleanliness which were very lacking, on Saturday the selection was poor for us and we had to eat outside.

The hotel was very accomodating for sabbath observers! They had everything you needed (shul, shabbat candles, wine etc.) They even set up menorahs for all those who wanted to light. They were really amazing and went above and beyond. Its also family friendly and they had a play room for kids which was amazing! They even sent us gifts, it was really nice of them, they came around and said hello and asked us if we needed anything. We had a great time.

We had to cancel one of our rooms in the last moment due to covid. The extra room was canceled and we even got upgraded to a suite so I can't complaint about anything.

Very good location, comfortable and clean rooms. We appreciated the gym. Great food with a lot of choice, including non-gluten options.
The underground parking was over-filled with cars, some cars were parked in the driveways, blocking others, maneuvering was very difficult. There is a big parking lot outside, but it's hard to carry the luggage from there to the hotel.

Stuff is exceptional!!! All my requests met. Even when I had problems with loud neighbors, they treated this promptly. Food in Breakfast and Dinner is excellent. Room is big. Room Service is excellent.
Loud neighbors!!! Elevators!!! Parking at Hotel is limited ( but they have a big free place outside of the hotel ). Electric vehicle charging is pricy!!!

Honestly, it was the best hotel stay that I have had in Israel so far.
From check-in, to facilities, to room size and service.
The entire experience was refreshing!
I loved receiving a call from the front desk asking me if everything was OK. When I answered that I was short on water, within 5 minutes I had a knock at the door and there were six bottles of ice-cold water waiting for me.
There are a few touches that the hotel needs to tackle such as a few elevator buttons that were broken/cracked.
Hallway (between the rooms) carpets that need replacement.
