Size of the apartment was perfect, access really good and location perfect for what we needed.

No WiFi in the apartment.

apartments are great for the money, clean and tidy

If we hadn't bumped into someone with a phone number other than one for reception we would never have found the keys Would be a good idea to put in when check in closes..... Also no idea if they serve breakfast or not the reception building was open but no body was there. Bit strange

Accommodation smelt bad and floors were sticky/dirty. Beds most uncomfortable we have slept in. Smoke alarm so sensitive you can’t even use the toaster. Accommodation in very poor condition.

Very quiet in a good Location although parking not near the room which as your going to be self catering a bit of a paint. The units could be really great and worth the money but just need some investment all round

Room was very basic with no meals or Bar available. I had to chase around to find someone to check in and post the keys via letterbox when leaving. SHOWER was the worst in any hotel I think that I have ever stayed - Good pressure but cold. Bathroom floor not clean - I moved the floor towel after my cold shower and it looked someone had clean there boots on it all from the dirty floor Bed very tired and firm as was the downstairs furniture. TV upstairs would be a nice touch and the one downstairs was about 21" at best

Breakfast - not applicable but not available. Kitchen was fully equiped. Interior to property was very clean & had everything required & was very comfortable.

The wood exterior of apartment units with blue fascias were in need of an external clean as let the site down & small interior snags needed repair to complete the standard being achieved inside the apartment.

Self catering, meaning we had to ensure we had everything we needed prior to arrival, and milk just before turning up due to it being a warm day. unable to get cooked breakfast as clubhouse did not open until 1000hours. We prefer to have breakfast cooked if away.

Beds not particularly comfy. Bathroom downstairs meant negotiating stairs in dark during the night to avoid waking partner. No mention that parking is not outside but a walk along uneven gravelled path which is poorly lit at night. Not good for people who are less mobile.

Club house/bar was never open in the evening No staff were on duty when we arrived No answer on the 2 phone numbers we were supplied when booking (at 8 pm when we arrived) Had to knock on random guest doors for advice on how to contact staff and get our key Was then given a new number for manager and all was sorted out. Almost ready to give up and go home at one point. Car park unlit, remote from rooms and no cameras. Having all the wheels still on the car was a bonus every morning!
