The owner was very nice and friendly. Also the quality of communication before the check-in was high above standard. The rooms were simple but enough space and clean. What we also appreciated was the fully equipped dining room and kitchen. The house is located in a quiet residential area, easy parking in front of the house.

This is a great place to stay for couple of days in Toruń. It seems like far from the center, but since Toruń is a tiny town, you can easily get there in 10min bus ride. The property was clean and have a really nice shared space. The owner takes care of your stay and he is trying to meet all your requirements. Also, I felt very safe there and so was my motorbike, as the place offer private, monitored parking lot. I definitely recommend it.

There are a tiny fixes needed around the house, like ceramics or paint.

Perfect and clean housing with very nice landlord who speaks English well. The facility has multiple bathrooms, which was very much appreciated. The facility is located near local bus station and is in walkable distance from city centre. Would recommend for anyone to stay there.

the only flaw is that it can be very noisy from other guests (doors opening/closing, people walking in the hall) I fully understand that it out with the owners control.
