The property was in a beautiful garden, very secluded, with a constant supply of logs for the wood burner. It was a very peaceful place, really well cared for.

The wifi was non-existent, but that was possibly more of a plus than a negative. It was only difficult when we came to leave and could not get hold of the owner to give back the key. Other than that we just loved it.

The cabaña was bigger than we first imagined and it was very cozy and the host was very friendly. The rooms were always warm because they heated the fireplace for us before we returned. It is very very beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The water in the showers were kind of strange, it was or too hot or too cold. Also the fireplace isn't secured so we had to make sure the baby didn't accidentally touch it.

On booking.com it was written that the check-in and payment should be done at Petalos store in Villarica, and that they accepted different credit cards. But when I arrived the store was closed, but I got in contact with a responsible who told me that the check-in should be done at the cottage rental place. When I arrived to that place the host asked for payment in cash. According to the information given at booking.com I did not have cash enough. I got the the possibility to pay after the weekend, but I had to visit a bank to be able to withdraw cash. I suggest booking.com to correct the information.
