The modern Waterview Deluxe Apartments are set on Barrow-on-Furness’ waterfront, less than a mile from the Dock Museum and town centre. The apartments opened in March 2014, and feature free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Really clean, big, comfortable apartment. Great location and good facilities. Check in/out was easy and they let me check out a little later which was really helpful for work.
Parking limited. TV not a smart TV. Hob extractor fan didn't work. Apartment 11 where I was, was several flights up with no lift so if you have mobility limitations be sure to mention when you are booking.

Facilities were clean and comfortable with amenities close by
Parking was an issue with limited parking close by. Not enough crockery and cutlery for our party of 5. Only 3 windows in the living area and none in the rest of the apartment. Felt like we were sleeping in a bunker

There is no lift inside, a bit struggling to carry luggages into the apartment

Property is well- maintained
I don’t recommend this property if you want to visit popular tourist places in lake district as you need to travel minimum an hour by car and even more during peak hours to Windermere/Keswick.

no cold tap in bathroom, bottom of shower screen very dirty. toilet wouldn’t flush properly and blocked

Apartment very spacious and comfortable beds.
No mirrors available in bedrooms, just one large one in the living room, so not great when trying to get ready. Water leaks out after showering so have to mop up bathroom after every use. Some rooms could do with re decorating

It was a lovely apartment it had everything that we needed

The friendly service when I came to the hotel was very good.
The apartments were in a good location for BAE and town centre.
Internet was great for me to carry out my work
The utensils were a little worn, all frying pans were bellowed and worn.
The apartment could do with maybe a little lick of paint were there are marks.
Also the light switch in was loose in the sitting room, think it's a loose connection in the switch itself.

Group of 3 families, we had a great time on the 3 nights here. The apartments are spacious and warm. They had everything needed for a self-catering accommodation. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment was huge and really nice, great value for money and very clean.
The heating was on full blast all night and even when turned down to zero on the thermostat it still stayed red hot, and the windows only open a tiny bit so couldnt release any heat.
Reception was locked up when we went for assistance, felt sorry for the owners because they will get a big bill unless they sort it ASAP

On arrival I was abit sceptical as the area seemed a bit ran down but every was gleaming the accommodation was top notch couldn't hear anything from outside and had plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance.

The apartments were spacious and well presented.
No hot water or heating in 1 apartment the 1st night. Smoke alarm went off at 9.15am and would not switch off until the afternoon, when left with a dismantled smoke alarm so no health and safety if we had a fire the 2nd night. No refund received.
