The breakfast was in the wrong part of the building, it should have been on the roof by the pool

1. Красивый вид с балкона на пляж и море 2. Пляж в двух минутах красивый 3. Персонал достаточно вежливый 4. На крыше симпатичный, инфинити бассейн + бар по доступным ценам 5. Закончилась вода в номере попросили без проблем пополнили

1. Номер вроде и свежий но какой то испачканный. 2. На зеркалах пятна, в душевой тоже разводы 3. Рядом с отелем мало что есть на сутки забронировать хорошее решение и ехать дальше 4. Когда попросили поздний выезд чтобы выспаться хотя бы с 13 часов нас отказали :(

rooms are not maintained well - cleaners hair everywhere and there was ants everywhere . the doors would bang all night as are not maintained no restaurant to eat lunch or dinner breakfast options were limited and couldn’t have a normal toast and eggs Beach towels bled colour all over my clothes access to beach was climbing over rocks at low tide pool area had no shade umbrellas the staff didn’t care and were very much “oh well sorry”

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helps us to book Tour, taxi , motorbike etc.. stunning view overlooking the ocean. Beach at walking distance (5min) Really good stay, recommended Outstanding infinity pool surrounded by the sea

Having a restaurant would be great but no big deal, the breakfast is good

The property was very cosy and clean. There was a rooftop pool which was always empty so it felt like swimming in a private pool everyday. The staff were lovely - always happy to help and accommodate their guests. they allowed me to check in earlier than 2pm due to a flight rescheduling. Kind, polite and very helpful. Everyone was exceptionally nice and made this stay unforgettable.

the staff are the best part of the stay. Especially Ben, Fah and Idris who were all helpful, cheerful and made us feel welcomed and comfortable while growing friendship bonds.

the gym was disappointing

The view and location were perfect! The facilities and room were clean, towels and beach towels as well as toiletries were provided. The breakfast was nice ned pretty big portions too plus a buffet. The staff was exceptional as we had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful helping us organising help.

You won’t get a good night sleep. The AC didn’t really cool the room and was super loud. Adding to the noise was the AC unit just outside the bathroom window which was only divided by a wooden shutter so you hear the unit very loud all night long. Additionally, because of the bathroom window is not an actual glass but just a wooden shutter, we were getting lizard visitors - they nearly caused as a heart attack every time we went to the bathroom as you never know where are they hiding and they do run very fast and jump.

Very noisy and dirty air conditioning unit. We can hear the aircon block running from outside all night and even the block of your neighbors...

Our balcony looks over the beach and the sea views were fantastic. The pool and area overlooking the beach are very attractive.

The bathroom was very small and the smell of drains was terrible. The lights over the bed weren't working properly. The steps to the beach were awkward and distracted from going to the beach more often.

the problem was - all the aircon were installed inside of the building and it was so extremely noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all - even the really strong sound of the wave (really relaxing) was overtook by the sound of the 30 -> air conditioner

We loved the location right by the beach! Our view of the ocean was fabulous!

The hotel was a little far from restaurants, you would either have to walk on a very busy road or rent a scooter or take a taxi. Also, while the hotel was very near the beach, you have to hike down stairs to get to the beach.

Location is great, by small pretty beach area with nice selection for food/drinks.

Worn out compared to images.. unfinished touch and breakfast area was loud/ echoing and not very pleasant. Great basic food tho with ok price.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I had a suite with sea view and private pool. On the positive side it has an incredible beautiful view of the sea and the bay…. Without doubt the most stunning one I had in Phuket. The bed and pillows are excellent. The room has a nice large (30sqm) terrace with access to a private infinity pool for 8 rooms. Reception Personnel are very friendly and efficient, and speak good English.

I arrived at 8:30pm from the airport and there was nothing, absolutely nothing to eat in the hotel. I put my money and valuables in the safe and went down to reception to ask ‘where to eat’. When I go to my room to get my money and passport, the safe was blocked… Totally dead. And the maintenance man (the only one who could open the safe) only could come on the day after at 10am. So I slept with hunger. (the morning after the guy opened the safe within a few minutes - batteries were dead) The maintenance man also repaired the sink because it was impossible to ‘lock it’ and keep the water in the sink to do a handwash. The bathroom is extremely narrow (1 meter?) and worn out. Little water pressure and showerhead needs urgently to be descaled. The watertap-selector in the shower is totally worn out, so it’s almost impossible to select between shower or plain waterjet. Also the attachment to the wall where you normally put the showerhead in, was broken so you can only shower by keeping the showerhead in your hand. Also little water pressure when flushing the toilet. Always need to use the handshower next to the toilet to ‘empty’ the toilet. There is a large desk but without any electricity plug in the neighbourhood. Also a lot of little bugs (2mm?) crawling over the desk. I counted about 120. Most of the guests in the hotel were russians. Not everybody likes that anymore. There is no more safety lock on the door. (you saw there has been one) There is no blocnote and pen. I ask the housekeeping lady at 11:30am to clean the room, oh yes sir, she says, she opens the door wide and disappears. Only at 1:30pm she returns to clean the room …. Breakfast is below standard. Very limited choice, only pre-baked sunny side up eggs, which are clod and still with a lot of raw egg-white. Small breakfast room with no windows.

Great size room with amazing views over the Andaman sea, great rooftop infinity pool and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, just a 5 minute stroll down the road to all the Bars and restaurants.

It was tricky getting down to the beach and bar but they were working on the solution, hopefully they will sort it soon.

- The material in the room is very bad, even the towel has shreds on it. The metal in the room was rusted. - the hotel is very old looking and the breakfast was not good at all. - The outside sound is coming inside the room and we could not sleep
