Yes it is central Seminyak super close to the party scene, but the villa is quite far in a small alley so you don't hear the party people, so if you want to have a quiet night also really possible. The pool table is a nice as well.

Very well maintained and beautiful property.Few mins walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.it’s quite once inside the villa but hard to believe it is located in the busy street. Feels safe as it’s a secure gangway. Very clean and pool table and Netflix were added bonus to keep us busy during rainy days.

I would like to just add a few suggestions such as a small table in the washrooms to keep ur toiletries and towel rack would be great.as washbasin has no vanity pod so it was hard to keep ur creams and tooth brushes. Bathroom fittings seems a bit worn out so can be fixed with new ones. If you have a young family it’s hard esp the first night to get accustomed to let ur kids sleep in one room. Slow and yourself in master bedroom in 1st floor.However we got past that after first night when we realized it was a safe location however maybe for some it maybe not so easy to overcome anxiety.

The owners Rani & Anton were excellent hosts anything that we required to be done was fixed immediately. Jenny the housekeeper was absolutely great a joy to have around for a couple of hours.

A hand rail for the stairs would be of great assistance and some shelving in the ensuites would be very handy for toiletries etc. s

Pool was Awsome. Great lighting around pool to relax at night Host was really nice. And was willing to assist where possible.

Great location walking distance from shops and restaurants and yet very quiet and peaceful area. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Property is very clean. Bedrooms are large and very comfortable.

It was noisy during the night The steps into the pool were very difficult to get in and out The open Lounge and living area was quite hot and there were lots of bugs
