- The staff was pretty rude and unavailable- we asked for some support in a couple of times (one more pillow, some explanations on the check in) and they literally refused to help - The room wasn't clean enough - The mattress was uncomfortable - No hot water - It was a cheap place and we didn't pay a lot to stay there, nevertheless we were expecting more attention on the cleaning end and definitely a much more supportive reaction from the owners

This apartment is located very close to all major champagne estates and is only half an hour walking from the centre. We loved the appartement: simple but perfect when you are out and about a lot. The bed was perfect, we slept like babies after all the adventures. We didn't know about the picknick concert, but it was right across the street and tickets were still available. We had a great stay. Thank you Gaïa and team for everything. It was very good!

Feel toilet need some klorine , no soap it's was informed when I leave , the room is with a motorway and can be noisy , a bit far from city centre. Confusing instructions and to much information in franch.

Awful, worst customer service i have ever experienced. even had to sleep in a hotel one night because the accommodation could not be reached after 6pm for replacement keys. The curtains do not fully close, which is problematic for both your privacy as your rest during the night. The shower turns cold after about 2 minutes, which makes it impossible to both have a shower in the morning when you stay as a couple. The smell in the residence is awful, every time we came back we had to rush to the window and keep it open. Due to this we had insects in our room during the night. The mattress of the bed was very thin, as if you were sleeping on a wooden floor. I understand that this accommodation is not a 5 star hotel, but even with my low expectations I was completely shocked by how bad this accommodation is. There is honestly not a single positive thing to say about Neoresid Reims.

The kitchen and bathroom smelt like mold and damp. Closed both doors and the smell was still strong. Both rooms had extractor fans which could not be turned off so constant noise all night. The bedroom didn't have a light so had to keep the bathroom door open which made smell worse. Needless to say I checked out a day early!

-Free parking -Location was at least not for from centre, also very close to Pommery where you can visit the cellars of champagne.

-The room smells weird, like mold. Also the bedsheets and the pillows had this awful smell, like unhygienic and humidity of long time. -There were also some hair here and there. And by that I mean areas where I hate to find hair, like toilet or bed. -Generally not clean and not well maintained. To use a mug we had to wash it first. -Expired coffee. -Very small shower. -No towel for the floor after shower. In general we didn't feel it's a clean and comfortable stay, glad that it was just 2 nights. Not a place to recommend.
