La zona , muy fea , peligrosa para andar de moche según los lugareños mucho robo . Faltaba higiene a las cortinas .

The staff was very friendly!

There was no towel in my room and when I asked for one, I received wet towels, because they were the only one available. It was 2am, I was tired and eager to taker a shower, so it was very frustrating.

Nice spacious room and ensuite, entrance space with lots of storage space. Secure off street parking. The male reception staff were nice, efficient and approachable. But...

Our own experience was okay but we were unhappy to see other guests treated badly. Ours was a very late, half an hour before, booking because we had arrived for a booking elsewhere and been let down. So we were relieved to arrive and have a nice guy on reception who checked us in without any problems. While checking in we exchanged pleasantries with some other guests who were seated in the reception area. The vibe was amicable and calm. But while returning through reception for luggage, a manager? appeared, and shouted at length at these guests. These guests had checked in, been shown to their two rooms, showered, unpacked... but the manager was now saying they didn't have a booking and she wanted them to leave. The guests politely pulled out proof of their booking, payment and confirmation of reservation, but the manager still wanted them to leave. The police were called, agreed guests were not in any way at fault, but nevertheless asked them to respect managers request to leave. So guests had to pack, find hotel and leave, all after dark, which they quietly did. Over breakfast, there were more altercations between guests and manager, about what had been booked, received, and now guests needing to pay more. The guests again tried to call on the police. The police didn't respond and the guests finally complied with the manager in order to have the garage gates opened to leave. We won't return here in the future, guests were treated badly, the atmosphere was terrible during the evening and breakfast. I prefer to feel assured that a confirmed reservation will be honoured, and that guests matter to the hotel 🤗

They staff were very nice and helpful. Location was perfect. I felt perfectly safe as police are always around. Clean sheets everyday. Have everything you need you have everything you need you have everything you need
