Great location in the centre of Pattaya,Nice apartment with kitchen. Very helpful host, thank you again! . There are 2 swimming pools and gym ( for me it was important).I had a great holiday here.

They do not inform.cleaning cost in advance. BOOKING.COM should highlight cleaning fee. It is almost half of price. Roof top swimming pool not open. Should inform inadvance.

the locarion

two out of three swimming pools were closed. our group of three was very far apart from each other with no access to each others floors. No prior warning that house keeping costs extra. security was too formal and felt like I was entering a prison. None of the tv’s worked in all 3 condos. we asked for it to be fixed and we’re ignored.

Loads of cockroaches, bowls were dirty, lack of kitchen utensils/cleaning products, bed really creaky, other people's clothes in cupboard, bathroom stank of mould. Not good value for money, we moved to another apartment in the adjacent building that was the same but cleaner and cheaper

Simple, clean apartment in large condo complex. A random guy picked us up and just brought us to the room. He had no real information, but that was ok. If you are simply looking for a place to stay, this place is nice. The awesome rooftop pool may be located in a different building though.

Lovely and cozy apartments at a very affordable price! I contacted the hostess in advance, who met me, handed over the keys and told me what was nearby. Thanks Tatyana! The apartments have a kitchen and a washing machine, you can ask for a second set of bed linen and towels if you are coming for a long stay. I rented a motorbike and was glad there was free parking for guests. This is a good option if you want to live in the center - 2 steps to the sea and a large shopping center nearby.

Beautifully decorated 2 room high floor condo (Tower A room 385) with fantastic views over Pattaya city to Pratumnak hill, Pattaya bay and Koh Larn island. Large balcony for chilling and thinking how life is wonderful sometimes :) Fantastic pool on the rooftop...until it was closed in last days of my stay by covid regulations Very friendly and responsive owner and her staff. Thank you for making a great stay.

I stay great always in Base Central condo. Excellent room, new building. Location, location and location..Room is good for holiday..Going to stay around mounth here. Very comfortable and cosy .

I had requested a room on a high floor and the host kindly provided this. The room had an excellent view of Pattaya City with the sea in the background. The room was quite small but nicely furnished with a separate bedroom. There were televisions in both the sitting room and the bedroom. The property also has two swimming pools which you can use, one of these is a fantastic infinity pool. It's probably the best pool I've seen in Pattaya.

Check-in was stressful. I was made to wait outside the gates by security and call the host. Then a guy came to pick me up who walked off at high speed and didn't offer to help me with my luggage. Also, I was expected to pay with cash but then given no change. The only other issue I had was that despite staying for a week, my room was not cleaned. On the door it said a 500 Baht fee would have to be paid for cleaning. I would have expected my towels and sheets to be changed at least once free of charge.
