The location was nice, not next to the busy streets but within few minutes walk you can get all you needed. The room was so clean and all staff was friendly and attentive, every morning I was enjoying my breakfast and seeing every staff was being friendly and welcoming the guests, and well organised to run the F&B services. Well done!

Ich war während eines längeren Bali-Aufenthalts für ein Wochenende in Legian. Rund ums Hotel gibt es nicht gerade ein Restaurant, zu Fuss sind es ca. 15-20 Min. zum Strand wo all die Restaurants und Bars sind. Der Weg der Strasse entlang ist nicht ganz ungefährlich, da es keine Bürgersteige gibt (in Bali laufen die Leute wohl auch nicht zu Fuss irgendwo hin :-). Frühstück war ok, aber für den Preis kriegt man extern denk ich mehr fürs Geld.

Service was perfect, restaurant was very good, swimming pool area-amazing. Also water quality was very good comparing to other hotel we stayed at. It didn't have the specific taste and we could brush our teeth with that water.

Extremely nice service, so nice it becomes annoying. We wanted to skip the breakfast and sleep, they called to the room and were insisting on packing the food for us or reminding we have breakfast. The waiters would come every 10 seconds to ask if everything was fine. It really annoyed us while eating and talking. It also doesn't seem natural.

The people are the friendliest I have ever seen! I really enjoyed my stay and I fully recommend.

Beds are very hard, the walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything, breakfast is average, there’s roosters outside the hotel that make noise from 5am-9am so if you’re a light sleeper you will definitely get woken up. Personally I’d spend a bit more money to stay elsewhere. Location in Legian isn’t great either, felt a bit unsafe and not easily in walking distance to any restaurants/shops/beach. We much preferred Canggu.

We loved everything. We stayed in a room near the pool which was really big, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very nice. Even the manager are approaching to you for talking about our stay there. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lot of different choices. They have happy hour in the pool bar 1 to 6 pm every day. They don’t have scooter rental but near the entrance there is a place renting them for an affordable price.

This hotel has the most amazing staff , they are so well trained and really go out of their way to help you

Staff were very attentive. I was feeling very unwell on check out day and they agreed to late check out at no extra cost which I thought was very nice and thoughtful of them and much appreciated.

The resort was dirty and the pictures are so old that it’s not the same.

Where do I start The service was so terrible that we had to call each time and wait up to 10 minutes even to get a bottle of water. The food was the most horrible food we had eaten, we checked into the hotel at 11pm as our flight was delayed to find once we go to the hotel the kitchen was closed and no other food was available other than Mc Donald’s We payed for a delux poor access room and was told on check in that this was an extra cost. So we decided to stay with our Felix room as it was almost midnight we were wanting to shower and bed as the day was very long. As we declined the extra charge they hosted us in the most further room from all facilities on the second floor at the back of the resort. Our room was old and smelt like it was locked up for years so full of dust. We wanted to retire for the night. In the morning we asked to move and was told we would have to pay extra for the room as I arranged a pool as access room hit this was not given. The concierge said that i would have to put in a complaint with the booking agent. The time we spent there could have not gotten worse. Unfortunately my husband and I both got very sick with Bali Belly We were confirmed to our room for 2 days! Horrific experience We asked the housekeeper to clean our room but they refused as we were sick. When they finally did after numerous complaints we were given the same towel turned over placed away with vomit to re use.. Horrific Experience this resort I can not even rate due to our experience Unfortunately both my

Staff were really friendly, always there to help. Really nice food and always accommodating to your personal needs. Walking distance to shops and good restaurants. Very clean and amazing value for money, will definitely be back!

Good value for money, staff ware really friendly and responsive as well , the buffet breakfast is strongly recommended, unlimited barista coffee and fresh juice. the chef was trying to have different international and local dishes every morning. Although it was located in a quite street, it was so close to the beach, bars and restaurants, (2min drive 2 dollars approximate charges)
