The rooms were clean, well maintained , and the staff were very accomodating.

Parking is the main issue.

The Hotel is clean . The staffs are very corteous.

I find it a little hard to come and go with limited parking Area.

Nothing. Only the location is good but aside from that. There is nothing i can say

1. The room and bathroom is very smelly. There is bad smell coming from the bathroom. We need to transfer to other room but still it is very smelly 2. Only one electrical outlet 3. No elevator 4. The food is very awful that is why we did not order the next day. 5. The TV is very snowy, no clear channel 6. The receptionist cannot answer why no one answers my call. 7. No one answers my call just to inform our late check in 8. There is only 3 parking slots 9. The never give receipts unless you ask for it 10. Expired complimentary soap, From number 2 to 10 is tolerable but what i cannot stand that we almost cancel our booking is the smell. It smells like a public market and septic tank. It is the worst hotel i have ever been. My othe complains can be tolerated but the smell it is very disgusting. Please shut this hotel down until they repair their sewer system. It is not worth the money we paid. Attn booking.com please remove this hotel from your list.

Location is good because it is near the church, grocery and food chqins.

The elevator was not working from the time we arrived until we left. It was hard for my mother who's a senior citizen to use the stairs. There's not enough choice of food that' available in the hotel. Since the elevator wa not working during our whole stay, they should have provided something that would compensate that disappointment. Nothing was offered at all

Room services items are priced sognificantly better than most other hotels accommodations. The staff wete accommodating and responsive to requests. The church nearby is a good alarm clock, and there are stores nearby for food and other needs. Room service was fast

Lack of power outlets, broken tv speakers, windows (room 316) opens to maintenance space, t/b shower might need to be changed, and t/b drain might also need to be replaced. We were not made aware that there was a schedule for breakfast. No other payment option (at least via booking app) other than cash

Actually we dont have breakfast to serve we dont know if its including to the room rate. uinlike to the other hotel breakfast are included.

this is only the suggestion why could trying to have breakfast for your guest this is competitive to the other hotel.

I was disappointed to see the actual Hotel because it was very different from the photos shown on your website. The elevator was not working at all! We had to take the stairs to reach the 3rd floor!!! The room given us is big and spacious but I got the impression it wasn't very clean so I was ill at ease during my stay. Perhaps I could have manage my expectation better if not for those misleading photos of the hotel frontage.

A very basic menu, for locals only. very poor

No Toilet Paper, soap, toothbrush in the room. Our booking was not registered, they had no idea that we were coming. An issue between Booking.Com and the Hotel. No Refrigerator TV Remote Control did not work [changed} Parking was shared with local supermarket Hot shower did not work.
