Fantastic location! Staff unbelievably friendly! Beautiful pool area, lots of sun beds, fresh towels laid out on the sun beds for us everyday. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast, lots of choice!

Most things, especially the attention to tiniest of details.

The was a funky bar next to the restaurant area, but nobody in it. We prefer an atmosphere before and after dinner with maybe some live piano, but the entire evening revolved around the mealtime itself, leaving the remainder of the evening a bit quiet. There was nowhere to get a drink other than the pool bar before/after dinner, so the vibe was missing.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The food was always of a very high standard.

There was nothing negative about the lovely hotel.

The hotel was very clean, distance to the beach was perfect and food was always delicious. The best about our stay were employees of the hotel. They were always very friendly, ready to help and make our stay great. We even got our room re-located to the quiter side of the hotel, when we mentioned at the reception that we are being disturbed by a loud music from the hotel bar in the evening. That is the only thing to be aware of - there is a program every night during the summer in the hotel restaurant and bar and sometimes, the music can be pretty loud and goes on until late hours. Many people enjoy it, but if you are not one of them, just mention that during the booking or at the reception and I am sure staff will be as helpful as they were at our case.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet had a large variety of choices, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is excellent and willing to help with everything. We enjoyed playing the outdoor games, too.

The location of the hotel is good, being near the beach. The staff of the Kid's Club is very friendly and knows how to be with children. The pools had a good temperature and the area in general was comfortable. Having the possibility to take towels to the beach was very helpful for us.

We didn't get the impression that we were in a 5-star hotel. The price-quality ratio is definitely not good. The staff in the restaurants were always in a hurry, didn't pay attention to our order and were not very friendly, with a few exceptions (The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly). The food did not have the expected level, despite having payed half-board, we went out to other places almost every day, after two disappointing dinners.
