Exceptionally clean and extremely friendly staff, especially Vitor and Sergio. Very child-friendly hotel. Lovely spa and pool facilities. Entertainment provided throughout the day and night. Amazing black out curtains, ensured a really good sleep. Delicious breakfast every morning and our baby loved seeing the hotel mascot, Nep, when he came to say hello to us. Our baby also loved the play room. We were very happy that the hotel provided us with a kettle for our room too to heat up baby's bottles and make his food.

It was really noisy there early in the morning people moving furniture and banging around so dint have a room above the restaurant

Food was great. Buffet for breakfast and dinner both were great. Location is very convenient. Free parking around (if you are lucky and off season). Internet. Indoor swimming pool. Room size. Clean.

Staff is not friendly at all. You get what you ask for but the attitude ir very strange. It took 20 minutes to checkout... Beds are dated and soooo uncomfortable and small. Kids play room (miniclub) is a joke.. Jacuzzi was not working properly.

Location was great, staff was friendly, albeit a bit on the slow side.

Room service was really slow. Missing items, my 7 year old waited for 1:30 for food which could not be eaten (burnt bolognese). Hotel is outdated and does not reflect the 4 star rating. Breakfast was varied but of low quality.

We had a room looking out to the street and in August it was pretty noisy.

Staff were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Facilities were very good. Hotel was well situated near restaurants bars etc.

Buffet breakfast could do with updating. Same menu every day..could do with more local produce being included and more variety from day to day.

It was so extremely clean. The staff were very smart, professional, extremely helpful and friendly. The bar staff by the pool were lovely. The spa was disappointing. The jacuzzi had no power so the jets were weak and no bubbles formed and the Turkish was broken. The view from the spa wasn’t great so it didn’t make me want to go back. Maybe an extra small towel each would be nood but not essential.

I was surprised there was no iron to use in the rooms so I couldn’t wear any of my holiday clothes. The spa was disappointing. The jacuzzi had no power so the jets were weak and no bubbles formed and the Turkish was broken. The view from the spa wasn’t great and it was very dark in there snd the staff there when we were there weren’t as friendly so it didn’t make me want to go back. Breakfast was nice but 2 of the apples we had were rotten.
