We stopped in Bologna for a few nights. Our apartment choice was a revelation. Clean & spacious and perfectly located. Comfortable beds and great styling. Close to the centre and markets and amazing food. The manager was very responsive with great restaurant suggestions and there were guidebooks and sweet treats ready for when we arrived. As a family of 5 we couldn’t have found a better place. Thanks so much.

The apartment is located on San Felice and within short walks to Piazza Maggiori and Mercato Delle Erbe. Numerous other tourist sites within 15 min walks. Taxi stand is a short 4 min walk. The apartment is clean, modern and well maintained. Our host made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent communications. Our stay was for 3 weeks with our stay hosting 4 family members than a different 3. With 3 bathrooms and sleeping for 6, we never felt crowded. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for six people and to serve it on a dining table. Kitchen space is more than adequate. We really enjoyed our stay. 1 downside: it is 1 level up and no elevator: stairs.

I cannot believe I have waited so long to write this review because we stayed in Bologna last December! Our stay was absolutely outstanding. We are not a family who is comfortable leaving details to chance and since our son was studying in Bologna for the semester we were going over for a long vacation over the Christmas holidays and we wanted to make sure everything was buttoned up before we traveled to Italy. From the moment I first reached out to Laura, she was incredibly responsive. Our communication was thorough and she made sure all of our questions were answered. We confirmed our reservation and I knew there would be no glitches. Upon our arrival, we were shown the details of the apartment and were given her contact information should any questions/concerns arrive during our time in Bologna. Laura had gone shopping and provided some basics for us along with some very special Bolognese treats! It was lovely and certainly made us feel as if we were more than just paying customers. The apartment was immaculate, the linens were all a very crisp white and we had plenty to keep us warm. The kitchen was fully appointed. We enjoyed coffee in the morning, some wine/Aperol Spritz in the early evenings , and we also cooked a Christmas dinner. We had absolutely everything we needed. The bathrooms were up to date and again, immaculate. A lovely hot shower felt wonderful after some cold days and evenings of exploring Bologna and the region. We loved Bologna as a city but knowing that we would come back to a warm and lovely apartment after a full day made our stay that much better. We created wonderful memories in Bologna and the beautiful apartment added so much to our time there.

The location was excellent. Close to city centre with astounding amount of food and beverage options. Having 3 sleeping areas was helpful as the noise from the street was difficult on 2 of the 3 nights. Light sleepers should use the pull out couch in the back. Really enjoyed all that Bologna had to offer.

This was the perfect place from which to explore central Bologna and also Modena, Parma, etc. (because of access to the train station). The apartment was spacious, clean, air-conditioned and well-maintained, with easy access to groceries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and having a washer was great. Close to taxi stand and bus stops. Laura was a great host. Only serving bowls and a few more sharp knives could have improved this great place.

Such a clean and charming apartment. We used it as a home base to visit Venice & Ferrari. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Laura was so very helpful in arranging taxi’s for us. Thank you for creating such a delightful space for us to explore Italy!

This apartment was just wonderful. It’s in a great location! Everything is within walking distance and close to a great trendy indoor food market. Great coffee shop near by as well as gelato. Laura was lovely. Lots of room, very clean, perfect. All smart TVs. Nice terrace.

Centrally located, easily walking distance to everything. Bathrooms are very modern and recently updated with high end finishings. Furnishings and decorations are themed beautifully all through the apt. Really appreciated the washer and drying rack. Apt. was supplied with all supplies needed for our few days stay. Only drawback (which was clearly explained in description, so we were aware) was parking. We found a paid parking lot only a couple of blocks away but didn't move the car for 3 days cause we were afraid to lose the spot! LOL Overall, I would stay here again. They had pastries and juice left for us upon arrival. sweet gesture!

The property is extremely well appointed. Had everything we needed. The layout is excellent with three full bathrooms. Kitchen had coffee pot which my husband enjoyed. Everything is super close. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property with attention to detail. Check-in and communication were great. Lovely touches including pastries for the morning. Location was convenient. Great dinner recommendation was a plus!

We had a nice visit for two nights. The apartment is clean, modern and is in a perfect location. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, but no real place to sit in a living room (unless you use the one bedroom which is a pull out couch in front of the tv, but that only has room for 2 adults). Also, just a washer, no dryer (this is disclosed, I'm just mentioning it). All in all, a very comfortable stay! Thank you, Laura!

Laura’s place is incredible. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make it very easy to stay with adults or children. Nice kitchen and eating area. 2 small patios too. Adorably decorated with many subtle details. Simply a great place.

This apartment was clean and beautifully maintained. I traveled to Bologna with my three kids and parents and was so pleased with our visit. Laura went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us when we drove down a street were not supposed to...oops! I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again if I find myself back in Bologna!

It’s a great apartment, super clean and tidy. It’s very central, with shops, markets and small grocery stores nearby, and the central square is a short walk. The apartment is extremely well thought out, and worked well for our group of 5 (including 2 kids). I wanted to note that Laura is a wonderful host- she really went above and beyond, and even helped us with printing and delivering a document we needed for later in our trip.

We were a group of 7 traveling together (5 adults and 2 small children) and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, about a 8-10 min walk to the main square. Laura was quick to respond to all of our questions and very helpful and nice.

The apartment contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Each of the two bedrooms is a comfortable size with good bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing machine in the third bathroom off the 'third bedroom/living room' . A small balcony space fits the clothes airer. Things we would have liked improved was the lack of a real living area with comfortable chairs and a coffee table. There is only a sofa bed as the lounge with no coffee tables so we could not really relax there. We sat in the kitchen around the table - the kitchen chairs are therefore important and they could be improved. The air conditioning was generous and effective - such a haven in a hot Bologna summer where we stayed for a month. Laura and Stefania were very responsive to any request, very pleasant and they kept the apartment immaculate for us with a weekly clean.

This apartment has everything you could need for a perfect city break. The host was great with contact before-hand and there to meet us on arrival with keys and more details. Good living area and bedrooms with great kitchen and bathrooms. Everything looks fairly new and to a good standard. The bed linen and mattress were at a very good quality for a good night sleep. Bologna is a fantastic city, with so much to do, a real must place to visit!

Wonderful central property. Very spacious. We were 3 ladies who loved having a bedroom and bathroom each ! Laura was very helpful and even booked taxi for us to return to airport. Thank you.

It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Great location and quiet enough to sleep well. Host was gracious, helpful and even provided breakfast pastry for our first morning!

Very good location, 2 blocks from Mercato Delle Elbe too. Property is well stocked, (coffee grounds and breakfast rolls too). Manager was very helpful in accommodating our earlier than official check-in time, and warmly gave us hints to nearby points (supermarket, coffee bar, pizzeria,..)

We are are family with two kids aged 14 and 12 and stayed for 3 nights. This apartment was beautifully renovated and spacious with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Laura was a wonderful host as she even provided some breakfast pastries and a cake for us. The rooms were always warm to return to after the cold weather outside. The location was great for walking to our tours, restaurants, shops and it was a flat 15min walk to the train station even with our luggage. The apartment was warm and comfortable and were were able to get our clothes washed and then dried them on airers and on the heated towel rails. The only issue was some noise coming from the bar downstairs but this was only noticeable one night and stopped at midnight so not any significant drawback for us. I would definitely stay again if returning to Bologna.

Laura's apartment was very well presented and very well positioned. Our family of 4 - parents and 2xteens - were only in Bologna overnight, but found everything about our stay in the apartment to be first rate. Would not hesitate to stay there again, or recommend to others. All other reviews were accurate.

The condo was wonderful. It was decorated for Christmas , and very pretty. The location couldn’t be better. There was also and outdoor pattio, but was a little cold for us to use., but would be great in other weather. Loved the showers . Would recommend this to everyone.

Two couples and I stayed for a week in this conveniently located, spotless apartment. Several food shops in the same block as well as a COOP grocery store and Market Erbe on Via Marconi, both a five minute walk away. Comfortable beds, sound proof windows; fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave; and easily accessible up one flight of stairs from the street level. Excellent communication in English with the owner and her helper. About a 25 minute walk to the train station for day trips and 15 minutes to Eataly, a food emporium with restaurants, a fun place to go for lunch or dinner. It is on the way to the new museum of Bologna's history.

A very well presented flat, everything you could need is provided. The rooms are large and bathrooms clean and modern. Location is great, everything in Bologna is walkable in a few minutes - no need for a car (the flat is in the traffic controlled area so no parking anyway.) Overall a great flat.
