location was excellent right beside beach and strip was quiet and clean

property was basic , pool was small only 2 umbrellas few chairs , shower was poor water pressure not great

The showers could do with an upgrade. There isnt enough parasols or cushions for the loungers in the pool area

Bathroom a little shabby, shower very difficult to regulate and water leaked out onto to the floor which was dangerous as you had to kinda leap over the puddle of water to avoid stepping into it!

The location was brilliant. The staff were lovely and helpful. The view from the room was just beautiful 😍 and the cleaning service was very good.

The only thing I'd ask for going back again would be extra pillows and a double bed. Instead of 2 single beds

Decent location but this place is an absolute dump.

We stayed just 3 nights, but had TEN huge cockroaches in our room in that time, including one running around the kitchen counters and sink. My sixth time in Lanzarote but first time I’ve experienced this! We informed a member of staff who basically shrugged her shoulders and suggested buying a LEMON to keep them out - useless tip when the room is already infested. We bought insecticide and managed to kill them, however I requested with a second member of staff that someone collect the decaying carcasses. As it was a Sunday, she told me they would lie there for 2 days. Her suggestion was for me to pick them up myself. How can I do this without a brush or vacuum? She then laughed at me! The service was nearly as disgusting as the room. This place was hell on earth. We also booked a room with a bath which was not given to us. Bed very uncomfortable and no electrical socks in the bedroom. AVOID THIS PLACE.
