Die Betten waren sehr gut, das Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig und gut isoliert zum Flur, sehr gute Klimaanlage und gute Dusche,moderner Safe. Frühstück klein aber alles vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal.

La proximité de la ville de Nice

Le changement de chambre j’avais demandé deux lits simple et me retrouve avec un petit lit double mansardé soit disant grande chambre très déçue surtout en réservant 3 mois et demi avant!!!

The room was great. It is a 3-minute walk from the train station. There is a tram passing in front of the hotel. There is a convenience store near the accommodation, very convenient.

The elevator is a little small. But it is not a problem in use.

The location was excellent within easy distance of public transport. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very good.

A szállodában éppen felújítás folyik. A 3. és 4. emelet készen van, ott kaptunk szobát. Minden vadonatúj benne. A szálloda egy Burger King mellett van, széles sétáló utcában.

Nagyon picike a lift és a reggeliző hely, de minket nem zavart.

La gentilezza dello staff, pronti ad accogliere ogni mia necessità. Posizione ottimale, pieno centro e a 10min a piedi dalla zona Vecchia della città.

Sicuramente non ha le sembianze di un hotel 4 stelle: stanze piccole, bagno cieco, colazione poco appetibile, odore un po' nauseante nei corridoi.

La ubicación fue lo único bueno de este hotel, ya que está en el centro y cerca a diversos establecimientos de comida, tiendas y demás

El hotel no es merecido de ser categoría de 4 estrellas, sinceramente al llegar te encuentras un escritorio muy cutre, el lugar parece súper anticuado, el suelo alfombrado es bastante viejo y los colores son horribles. La habitación 210 aunque era amplia se accedía mediante escaleras y las vistas eran horribles, a un montón de escombros del mismo hotel y techos de zinc. En el baño nos encontramos la ducha rota, y la altura del techo era muy reducida, al límite de tener que bajar la cabeza para tomar una ducha. La limpieza no era muy buena, nos encontramos un vaso desechable usado y la atención al cliente era poco cordial.

Breakfast was ok but not much choice and no warm veggie options.

Very clean and comfortable, the superior double room with sofa bed is a perfect size, lots of space to relax. Daily cleaning, nice and convenient breakfast. It’s located perfectly on the shopping street, 5 min from the main train station, 7 min to the team station that takes you to the airport. The front desk team members were excellent, very nice and helpful, we look forward to coming back to this hotel. Definitely it’s a go to when looking for accomodation in Nice.

Pas de prises électriques sur aucun des 2 côtés du lit, ni dans la SDB, moquette ancienne, pas de portes douche, serrure porte qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Un peu tout, une moquette d’un autre temps, des odeurs d’égouts qui sont insupportables, des supports(serviettes, papier toilette) cassés, une vue panoramique sur des toits défraîchis, pour se laver il faut mesure moins 1m 50 sinon vous ne pouvez pas mettre le pommeau de douche au dessus de votre tête. Et le sommet, le top du top, une culotte sale retrouvée dans le placard. Passez votre chemin,on trouve le même hôtel et les mêmes prestations à Barbès pour beaucoup moins chers.

Great location in the city center, very close to the public transport (L2 tram connection to the airport), lots of shops, restaurants, cafes around. Good wi-fi. Staff helpful and very polite. Clean rooms.

Our first night we didn't get room key as the person who had the key was on leave. The guy at reception had to to up to our room with us and use master key. It was sorted out though by the second night

The location is amazing, just the main street of Nice. The main street is busy, but it was quite inside the room. The hotel is clean and I'm grateful for for cleaning lady that visited all days I've stayed there. This is a good value for money and will definitively come back.

The hotel is situated about 1 Km from Nice Ville station - walkable distance - The Nice boulevard is about 2 KM from the hotel - its a lovely walk along side the tram line with shops lined up on either side - At the end of the road is the Galeries Lafayette - the tram can also be taken Though the hotel was fully booked they changed my room - The breakfast is good with lovely cheeses & freshly made crossiants - Many eateries are near by - Burger King is next door
