No wifi the first day

"We have to say that the Cyana Resort is truly an incredibly beautiful place on Kho Phangan. We were fortunate to almost have the entire resort to ourselves, allowing us to enjoy the tranquility in the evening. The two owners are super kind and helpful! No matter what happened, they always took care of us, and both always had time for a little chat. Even in planning our activities, the owners were always ready to help. We highly recommend the resort and will always cherish the memories! Thank you!"

It fantastic here

Property is very well taken care of, everything's in order. A quiet place with about 15 bungalows, next to the water. Friendly couple runs it and there's a nice vibe, good guests as well.

The room was clean and comfy. It was nice to have the jacuzzi, especially to relax in the evenings. We could also rent a motorbike at the accommodation and extend the rental.

The kitchen and bar area was closed in the evenings. We wanted to have a beer in the evening or eat something as the reviews said that the food is good, but there was no chance as nobody was there. Also, the pool table was covered all the time. It was open just when the owners were playing. And improve please the responsiveness. A night storm damaged the umbrella and jacuzzi, we told the owners in the morning, but it took 2 days (on the day we were leaving) before they start to fix the jacuzzi and exchange the umbrella. We could not enjoy it to the fullest. The beach at the resort is really bad, but that was not a problem as we were exploring the island with the motorbike.

Great people, super friendly staff. Mama's cuisine was delicious. Strongly recommended
