Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement très bien agencé et situé très proche du centre du village et du télécabine. Terrasse exposée Sud avec transats à disposition. Les chambres sont confortables et la cuisine est bien équipée. La vue est superbe! Nous recommandons.

We had a great stay in this beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment. It’s spacious and easy to find and the communication from the host was excellent. It was exceptionally well-equipped with plenty of utensils and plates / cutlery etc. Really good location with a short walk to the slopes. We didn’t have a car and everything was fine but next time I’d rent a ski locker at the main telecabine (just to save carrying the skis up and down). It’s a really good location - about a 7 minute walk into the main town (use google maps to find the shortcut). St Gervais is also beautiful. All in all a super property and a lovely holiday.

Great place to stay for our family of four, lots of space and close to ski lift. Very friendly, attentive housekeeper who helped us out when needed. Would definitely book again.

Nous avons passé les fêtes 2021 dans l'appartement, ce fut un excellent moment, merci à nos hôtes ! Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants en bas âges et les trois chambres de l'appartement ainsi que les communs ont parfaitement convenu. L'appartement est assez spacieux pour la montagne, et le propriétaire y investi régulièrement, ce qui fait qu'il est en bonne état général, la salle de bain et la douche est neuve. Il y fait bien chaud si vous allumer les radiateurs, c’est super cocoon après une journée dans le froid des pistes ! Il est assez bien situé à Saint Gervais et permet d'atteindre les remontées mécaniques et les locations de ski en moins de 3 min en voiture. Il y a un parking privatif devant l'immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. La vue sur le Mont blanc est un régal, et la région est magnifique. Le domaine skiable est top. Point d'amélioration possible : il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, mais le propriétaire va en installer un prochainement de ce que je comprends. Bref, on recommande vivement !!

La location est très bien située avec une vue superbe sur le Mont Blanc. La résidence est très calme. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait, avec une belle attention de la part du propriétaire, à notre arrivée. Le seul petit bémol serait qu’il manque un lave linge. Mais ça n’a gâché en rien notre séjour.

Appartement fidèle à l'annonce. Très calme. Nous étions trois adultes et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le volume des pièces, la grande dimension et le confort des lits, le nombre d'ustensiles de cuisine. La vue du salon ou des chambres est superbe. A recommander sans problème.

Un séjour très agréable où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Très cocouning, chaleureux, décorés avec soin et spacieux. Vue magnifique depuis chaque baie vitrée. A qqs mn à pieds du coeur historique de St Gervais ou encore du télécabine du Bettex. Bref endroit idéal pour séjourner et découvrir les stations alentours de Megève, Combloux, les Contamines. Sylvie et Louis sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Nous les recommandons à 200% !!!

Comfortabel huis met 3 prettige slaapkamers en 2 fijne ruime balkons. Het uitzicht is prachtig. De ligging is vrij centraal en dichtbij uitvalswegen, maar toch rustig.

This is our 3rd time renting Louis’s apartment & I think the fact that we keep coming back says it all. We love Saint Gervais & having found Louis’s apartment a few years ago, we wouldn’t think of renting anywhere else, the apartment is spacious, very clean & tidy & the welcome gift of wine & biscuits is a lovely touch, it’s location is ideal & has amazing views, Louis is a great communicator, we will definitely be back .

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien pensé pour ce type de vacances. Idéalement situé, à peu de distance en voiture d'un nombre important de départ de randonnées amenant à des vues à couper le souffle. La vue sur le Mont Blanc de la terrasse est clairement un atout…. Se réveiller avec cette vue est extraordinaire et vous mets de bonne humeur pour toute la journée :-) Idéalement situé dans St Gervais… pas trop près du centre mais pas trop loin. Toutes les courses peuvent se faire à pied. Check-In et check-out très simple avec la pétillante Sylvie qui nous a également informées de certaines balades à faire. Mr Mathieux, le propriétaire, est disponible et très sympathique. Si je retourne dans cette région, je logerais de nouveau dans cet appartement.

Leuk appartement met een goed geoutilleerde keuken, wel jammer dat er geen afwasmachine was. Prima voor 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Op loopafstand van de gondelbaan en op loopafstand van het centrum!

Location pendant 3 semaines avec 2 enfants en bas âge. L'appartement est spacieux, bien situé dans Saint Gervais, avec une jolie vue. La cuisine est bien complète et nous avons tous vite pris nos marques dans ces lieux. La salle de bain est refaite à neuf. Présence de 3 chambres, avec lit double ou lits superposés. Seul bémol, présence de moquette dans les chambres. Réponses réactives du propriétaire aux diverses questions. En somme, bel appartement, vous ne serez pas déçu de votre séjour.

Spent a weeks skiing in Saint Gervais staying in this fantastic apartment. Turned up to find a bottle of wine and biscuits had been left for us, parking was right next to the property which is always a bonus. Very clean and tidy, stayed in every night as i we have 2 young boys so didn't sample the delights of Saint Gervais. Used the ski hire shop on route to the ski lift station which was an easy 10 min walk. Great Skiing in the area, could stay out all day long with out getting bored. Communication with the owner was 1st rate. Again we had no complaints, hope to return next year.
