Rapport qualité prix, proximité de l'évènement, secteur résidentiel paisible. Celui en charge communique assez bien et pu nous fournir un accommodement dernière minute dans une autre maison pas loin, parce-que qu'il a eu un problème à fournir la chambre prévue en bonne condition.

La propreté superficielle et l'usage de l'immobilier à fin de faire du profit sont flagrants: - forte odeur désinfectant. - mégots de cigarettes partout autour de la maison. - couloir et espace commune délabré et sale (test de grossess à terre dans un coin a coté de boite rempli d'objets déjà servis, renos entamés pas finis, saleté autour des portes). - stricte minimum d'accomodations (papier toilette fourni seulement, 1 lampe dans piece). - maison sert a locations court terme et moyen terme (on peut entendre des enfants), et le minimum d'investissement en temps et argent pour donner une expérience agréable au locateur est est très évidente. Je pense que le propriétaire se considère fournir un logement adéquat en terme de prix, secteur, et relatif confort qualité/prix de la chambre; et il n'a pas complètement tort mais son idée d'un minimum de salubité et confort fourni sous-entend que tout ce qui est aux alentours de la chambre en tant que tel (excluant les autres logements), sont à de très bas standard.

bathroom was shared and dirty, bed sheet wasn't clean, towels looks disgusting. Driveway was full of car, basically no real parking available when we arrived. If booking cancelled after seeing that place. money is not refunded that is a scam. Tax plus cleaning is $40. The bathrooms in that place was so dirty and unacceptable for the extra cleaning fee.

Impossible cancel booking, lost my money

Nothing good about this place. It was far away from the city, and the owner was rude, creepy and deceptive.

Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen, towels are not provided, and there were cameras everywhere, including right next to the bathrooms, that made us feel super uncomfortable. The host looked into our window when we checked in and we felt super unsafe.

Everything It was dreadfully filthy, no locks in the doors, baseboards ripped off the walls, the shower was DISGUSTING and the couple staying right across the hall from my son were having sex LOUDLY in the bathroom with the door open at 6:00pm. We had to leave

Everything else I didn't like the owner contacted me at the last minute to let me know that they made a mistake and that he didn't have the number of rooms I reserved and his solution was less rooms at a totally different location with no compensation I'm just glad he agreed to a full refund but I was stuck scrambling to find logements for 12 people with defeats the purpose of booking reservations to avoid the stress at a bigger expense
