I have never given a property a bad review well nothing like this. I am really sorry to do this but to say the place was bad was an understatement. The room was dirty and squalid. It is the first place where when i arrived i actually looked to book into another hotel if there had been one close by

The location is hard to found it but the rest all perfect

My room was upgraded free off charge

With the heat a fan in the room would be fantastic

For the price paid there is nothing to complain about.

The property is in a nice secluded location.

The room was pretty grubby with dead leaves on and in the bed, dust on all the surfaces, a grimy bathroom with mouldy sealant, and cobwebs everywhere. The bed was very uncomfortable and we were doubtful that the sheets were actually clean. Hot water was a bit hit and miss. The room was absolutely freezing at night.

The only 1 I met was Catherine, she is absolutely lovely, she went above and beyond with anything we needed, aswell as our room, we was able to use the sitting room, the conservatory and the garden, if you love horses, you will love it here, it is also dog friendly, and so peaceful, a grocery store and chip shop is only 1 mile away, just came home today after 5 days there, and have booked up another 5 days for Sunday, definitely should give it a try for yourself, and see what I mean, thankyou, and see you soon xx

Nothing I didn't like.

We received a friendly welcome to a very fine spacious house in peaceful rural surroundings. Our room and adjoining bathroom were spacious, agreeable and comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to the Broads, several nature reserves and the coast.
