Convenient location, the apartment is out dated (probably quite normal for Blackpool) but it is clean, looked after, well equipped, quiet and safe. Would definitely return again with my family and the host was lovely too.

Property was lovely and clean, really good location to town, beach and arcades. The apartment had everything we needed. There was a lovely touch of being able to borrow beach towels and buckets/spades. Ken was a delight and so friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back next year

Ken the host was so lovely and helpful! Great communication throughout, helped with directions, change for the meter and just nice chats too when we crossed paths. Wifi worked perfectly, we all slept well and the area was pretty quiet as well. We all had a lovely stay and will be back if we can!

Sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable but that is nitpicking and I did fine once I layered one of the spare blankets that had been left by the host so it was all good! Genuinely not anything else I can think to add to this part.

Fantastic location, hosts were helpful but non intrusive which is perfect, accomodation is basic but it's perfect for what we wanted (somewhere to sleep), clean and tidy place. Would visit again

The futon wasn't the comfiest in the living room but I don't know many that are.

Hotel needs a little updating, like most other hotels in Blackpool. would love there to be breakfast. but all in all great stay.

The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to family and friends. Fantastic location.

I don't like to pick holes, but the double bed wasn't big enough for me and my husband to sleep together , would say it was a small double and ideally only big enough for 1 person for a comfortable nights sleep. I ended up sleeping in 1 of the bunk beds.
