AT THE TIME OF STAYING AT GOLDEN RIVER WE NOT RECEIVED ANY KIND OF BREAKFAST FOR 2 DAYS ALSO WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA RS/-400 FOR ROOM CHOICE , THOUGH THE ROOM BOOKING DONE BY BOOKING .COM
BATHROOM SPACE WAS TOO SMALL . TO FACILITIES FOR ROOM SERVICE , EVERY THING FROM BREAKFAST TO DINNER WE DEPEND ON OUTSIDE AGENCY WHICH IS TOO COSTLY

The location was great and the help extended by the hotel staff was really amazing
It doesn't have a lift which might be a problem if you stay 2 floor, also didn't have hand shower in the wc.

All ok & fine. They could install commode showers instead of jets in washrooms. Mr.Neeraj Gupta & Mr. Rajendra is very very cooperative & gentle.

Very good location between Assi and Manikarnika. Just arrpund the corner is best street chai, tandori backery and opposite guesthouse very good small family restaurant with fresh home made food. The price is more then afordable and guality high. There is terrase and roof yoga spot.
The only thing whoch can be disturbing is street noise during night time. Depends also which room you get and season you come.

Near to ghat location, friendly and cooperative staff, near location to all important places, eateries are nearby. Polite and helpful owner.
Access to hotel through car is a challenge, a sedan or SuV parking will be a big issue. Bathroom size was very small. No TV, No Lift,

The hotel manager is very helpful and friendly in nature. They received us from railway station. We had taken 2 rooms 106 & 108 for 6 nights.
Room charges was Rs 800 per night with brakefast.
Room no 106 have no attach bathroom, there is a private bathroom outside of the room, which was not disclosed in the time of the booking. Again the room was on 2nd floor, without lift.
Free complementary breakfast is most ordinary in quality and quantity.

The courteous staff and hygiene of the property. It’s located next to Shivaya Ghat which makes it special. Mr. Niraj the owner of this property is very friendly and supportive.
