Exterior of hotel is of Rhodope architecture. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were not clean. Furniture was used and old. You can hear each time someone from different rooms on the same wing flushing their toilet.

Everything was very good.

The hotel was not easy to find as it was on a road that is currently being dug up. The welcome was disappointing and felt somewhat hostile. The shower sprayed everywhere, wetting everything including the door. Breakfast was limited and we were only able to choose certain items.

The location is good, close to the old Town and the city centre. The bed was comfortable.

There was no wifi - not that it was slow, it was non existing. The bed sheets and the floor were dirty, but after we complained the cleaning lady came and fixed everything. The breakfast was the same each morning and pretty oily.

It was the second time that i stayed in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The floor could be cleaner.

In the old town. Very close to the restaurant. Good location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast for only 6 BGN.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hairs and spider web in the bathroom and little in the room.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, awesome breakfast.

Small things can be improved such as bedside lamps
