Location was good but many other better accommodations where there too in the same street

I booked 3 nights First night couldn’t sleep air conditioning didn’t work Second night i requested the air conditioning to be fixed and the staff asked me to fix it myself. So i slept somewhere else The third night they had fixed it but it was extremely weak and hot inside as the temperature is 40 Celcuis outside. The person i was contacting was extremely rude, disrespectful and difficult to deal with Closet door fell while I was opening it too. I do not recommend this place at all.

excellent location near the setas and within walking distance of Santa Cruz neighborhood including cathedral and real alcazar. Stunning room, really cool (AC) plenty of space and lots of amenities included such as plenty of towels, extra bedding, iron, soap, condiments, cutlery and glass wear, coffee machine etc. really clean too and easy to access (loved the fact there was no long check in process and the codes for the doors were brill). elevator is a plus!!

very minor stuff - no shampoo/conditioner so remember to bring some (we did), the bin was pretty small so u will have to empty it if ur staying long and planning to eat in frequently, tv in sitting room didn’t work. the roof terrace was very hot and therefore unuseable - they could put a parasol?

Beautiful styling. It also has a lift which was great as we had heavy luggage. Great central location. And the staff were very good with communicating quickly.

Location was great and the place was comfortable. Spacious for an inner city apartment and a fabulous overview of the city street.

Not set up for self catering. Found it odd to have an apartment with an obvious need to wash your cups and plates, but had to do so in the bathroom sink as there was no kitchen sink. Lack of a toaster and a washing machine. Still if you don’t want to make your own breakfast or anything- great spot! We went out for meals anyway.

Such a cozy and pretty appartment, with beautiful style and architecture !! Bedroom with ensuite bathroom shower amenities dryer and bidet. Beautiful livingroom with sofabed, connected to small kitchenette with table and chairs coffemachine microwave kettle fridge, with coffee, teabags and cookies. Loved it all! had a problem with the safe they sent someone and even videod how to do it so nice! and they gave me a great link for car transfer to airport which turned out to be a good idea on christmas morning as there were no taxis. Fantastic restaurants and cafes all around !!

the kettle smelled like cleaning vinegar but i just microwaved the water no problem!

I liked the photos of the apartment

It was not clear that this was an apartment and run externally ie no check-in person - I booked at short notice and that did not work for their system, as by the time I arrived from the airport I could not find the place, did not have an access code, had to fill in registration forms online. The taxi could not drive there as the streets were too narrow and the last 400m was a pedestrian mall - none of this was clear from the advertising so I felt let down. To their credit someone did arrive and help me get in after about 30 -40 minutes, but he was aggrieved, and I felt misled. No windows to the outside - had to have lights on at all times.

Location Unique Spacious Ps I’m super fussy choosing so this was fab!!!

Partner seemed to have issue with pillows or maybe laundry powder used 🤷‍♂️ If you don’t like heights or glass floors, check which room you have. We didn’t have issues, but it’s very unnerving stepping out if the lift onto glass floor 😂
