Room, breakfast and general facilites are good as we can expect at this price level, not much. There are so many more charming places on Aerø, also for a much better price.

Customer care attitude from the "employees" as they named themselves. Due to a reservation mess (i'm responsible for) we had to pay twice the room and no commercial attitude was possible, even for a part. No reservation shift or refund was possible. As i can understand the politics of the hotel, that is quiet unfair, in our case, for people are coming and as long as the hotel loses nothing. What i cannot stanf from this kind of hotel is a customer care attitude near to zero, without any empathy. Well trained "employees" with a customer care culture could at its minimum say something like "i understand that is not what you expected", but the last thing to say is "sorry, i'm only an employee". We are speaking about a €200,00. Quiet unfair. Even the intervention of Booking.com changes nothing to it.

Our stay at Aero Hotel was not only very pleasant but also an extraordinary one due to the kindness of the staff! The welcoming atmosphere and incredible helpfulness of the staff allowed us to fully enjoy every part of our trip. They went above and beyond to save our day when we met some unforseen circumstances.! We will definitely be back for another visit and also recommend Aero Hotel to all our friends and family!

If we would have known that it is not allowed to bring a baby for two hours by our frioedns we would not have booked

So much variety but nothing of protection for corona! The hand desinfect was finished and all people touch everything! Behind of us siting a couple who the wife was very sick and coughing and sniffing all the time, we don’t say she has corona but we feel so nervous and left the place without eating anything caz she was really sick and honestly with that situation she should stay in her room and getting rest

We don’t get wifi in our room! The towels were full of holes and on sheet of bed we find signe of blood what wasn’t agradable… nothing to eat for lunch so they send us to city to find a restaurant and all was closed there too… the quality was really bad
