Everything worked perfectly.

The room was was very big with a beautiful window. It was well positioned and Paul the host was very kind and nice. One of us is suffering from allergies and Paul was very accommodating with dietary requirements.

The room was cosy, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was spotless. The location is amazing, just right distance from the centre of Keswick (great views from our windows). The owner was really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Awesome...

Wonderful location, only a short walk to the lake and town centre. We stayed in the twin room which had a beautiful view with a spacious bathroom. The host, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault anything - we had a lovely stay!

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small (which I knew) but was perfect for my short trip for work. The room was warm, clean and functional. The breakfast was great and you get to choose what you would like the night before and what time you would like it, when you come down the cooked breakfast is in front of you within minutes!
The car parking was limited in their carpark and you run the risk of getting blocked in if you wanted to go out early in the morning. I knew I would be wanting to go out early so I chose to find other places to park on the road nearby.

Had an excellent three nights here to go walking. Brilliant location to walk into town, great to have parking, very friendly hosts and a fantastic breakfast. Look forward to returning.
