- The hall was converted to a single room which was very nice - appartment was clean and had all the amenities

- there are three locks to open the appartment, which became a bit cumbersome. Had to look for the three pin everytime one had to enter - we used Public transport for remaining part of the trip. If instructions would have been given that would be more helpful. Buying the rav kav card and refilling it is quite difficult - we were aware of the additional cleaning charges, but found it to be quite steep

This apartment is in the absolute BEST location in Jerusalem! We were amazed at the size of the apartment: an enormous eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and an extra room with an second toilet. We were able to easily walk to Machaneh Yehudah Market and restaurants in the area. Ben Yehuda Street has plenty of fantastic restaurants and is in the heart of the city. The light rail stop is a 5-minute walk, so we visited the Old City as well as Yad Vashem by public transportation. We met the host, who was still cleaning the apartment and he allowed us to drop off our luggage early.

Since this apartment has a full kitchen, it would have been helpful if they had provided paper towels or napkins, salt, and pepper.

Great location. bedroom and bed alignment were just as described. Washer dryer very helpful. apartment was clean.

The apartment was very clean and included all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Manager was very responsive. Location was great. Old City and Western Wall were within walking distance. Shops and restaurants on Ben Yehuda and Yafo were just blocks away.

Very minor issue, but the knobs on the stove were not labeled so we accidently used broil instead of bake in the oven.

The apartment had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Any concerns I had were promptly addressed and the service was beyond my expectations. As a single woman traveling the attentiveness of the staff was very much appreciated. I felt very safe and taken care of. I also appreciated the location and wonderful patio! I was able to walk to everything I wanted. They even arranged for a staff member to meet me at the airport. Exceptional service and location.

Location and is very private, 2 bedrooms so one i use to put my luggage and like dining room to eat whit the tv and the other to sleep. Is very quiet you dont hear noises from street is great!

Great location in the city center, good space for 5 people, comfortable beds and all the facilities we could need.

Cold floor - bring slippers if you come in the winter!
