We have just come back from a lovely stay here. We are a family of 5 and this was perfect for us, with all the requirements needed for a young family. The villa itself is lovely, modern, clean and spacious. It is a very well thought out villa and has everything from plastic cups for outside to bbq equipment. The outdoor space is fantastic, the combination of the kids pool and lounges enabled us to supervise the kids easily and also enjoy lovely evenings eating in the outside in the outdoor seating area. The villa is very close to the Rethymno centre so everything including 2 large supermarkets, a butcher, bakeries are all only minutes away as well as many restaurants. We have been to Crete several times now and really enjoyed this villa and Irini’s hospitality is amazing. She gave us lovely pastries on arrival and also made a lovely traditional dessert and homemade ice cream. She also happily replaced a coffee percolator which was missing a part when we made her aware. Highly recommend villa and area to visit.

We spent a wonderful week there with my wife and 3 small girls. The house is simply amazing, probably the best we ever lived in. The inside looks completely new, the decoration is done with a lot of taste and modernity, with a lot of nice details like the variety of pillows or towels... and there is a lot of space for everyone to have privacy when needed. Outside the pool with the small one for kids and the bigger one for everyone is perfectly adapted for families, and the neighborhood is extremely peaceful at whatever time of the day. Although you feel in very quiet environment, very close at around 5 min ride by car, you can find a big supermarket and smaller groceries to get everything you may need during your stay, which is not always easy to find in Crete. Last but not least, Eirini who took care of us from the check-in to the very last day was absolutely lovely, available for any small need or question, be it nice restaurant to book, nice beach to go, etc, To sum up, FANTASTIC house, that we very highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay. It was above and beyond all expectations. We were especially encouraged by our hosts. Exceptional service but we really felt like family. If you are wondering if the pictures tell the truth about this property the answer is yes. They live up to and exceed the pics! Can't say enough. We will be back to this spot as soon as possible.

Although I almost never comment, I truly believe that everyone visiting Crete must get informed about this villa. We were a company of 6 friends travelling around the island and the villa was perfect for us, since it is only 5 minutes distance from the town. Everything (supermarket, sightseeing, shops, cafes, restaurants) is so close that we had the chance to explore the city and go out every night. The villa has all you could ever ask. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, the gym and of course the swimming pool. The house is extremely modern and every detail (even the pillow catalog) has been taking care of. The villa owner Irene has been helpful, more than you would expect, confirming everything we knew about the Cretan hospitality. She gave us the best restaurant recommendations, suggested some amazing tours, helped us rent our car and made everything she could to make our stay memorable. We made a new friend for sure. Last but not least was the BBQ experience. We had the time of our life. We are coming back!!!!

Fantastic villa and pool with amazing facilities. Close to a lovely beach and 20 min walk into town. We would all love to come back again!

The Villa was exactly as described and looked even better than the pictures suggested! The owner Irini was so welcoming and made every part of our stay feel like we were in a 5* hotel! Spacious bedrooms, impeccable decor with plenty of room for multiple guests. The location of the villa is in the best position on the island. You can be anywhere in an hour and in the Rethymno town in less than 5 minutes! Irini went above and beyond my expectations and made it a memorable visit. This place is a must visit!

All of the family really enjoyed our holiday at the villa. Inside it is extremely modern and well furnished and all of rooms had everything that you could ask for, toiletries in all of the bathrooms, a well kitted out kitchen and good quality bedding in every room. What made the difference was the service provided by Erini, she could not do enough for the family. We had home made wine delivered, a lovely plate of pastries when we arrived and a beautiful pana cota during our stay. We also had a wonderful barbecue cooked by the local chef that was a great compliment to the wine that had been provided. We had a problem with wasps but this was dealt with immediately and any email to Erini or Nikos was answered within minutes, the service was excellent. There are numerous supermarkets nearby and it is only 10 minutes drive into the old town so the location was great. For such a big group as we were the outside was a bit small and the wifi was a bit hit and miss but overall we had a lovely holiday.

THE BEST BIRTHDAY VACATION THE FIRST TIME WE( 2 FAMILIES) GO TO A 6 DAY VACATION HOLYDAY. WE WERE 9 PEOPLE (5 CHILDREN) AND WE HAD THE BEST VACATION IN CRETE. THE VILLA IS LOVELY, CLEAN, MODERN, HAS A GOOD ENERGY DUE TO THE ARCHITECT OPEN DESIGN. THE WEATHER WAS GRATE, AND THE CHILDREN ENJOYED VERY MUCH IN THE HEATED POOL. WE HAD AN INSTANT CLICK WITH EIRINI, THE YOUNG OWNER AND EVERY THING WE ASKED WE GOT IN 10 MINUTES. (MORE TOWELS, SOPS TO WASHING MACHINE,WINE AND MORE.) EIRINI ALSO SURPRISED US WHEN SHE INVITED US THE CELEBRATE THE EASTER MEAL WITH HER FAMILY, AND MADE A BIRTHDAY CAKE TO JACOB WHO CELEBRATED ON THE SAME DAY. WE ALSO GOT 2 BOTTLES OF WINE PRODUCED BY HER FATHER, WHICH WAS VERY VERY GOOD ONE. WE ALSO SAT WITH HER AROUND THE MAP OF CRETE AND GOT GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS AND GOOD INTERACTION WHERE TO VISIT AND HOW TO GET THERE. WE HAD A WONDERFUL FULLY EQUIPMENT KITCHEN AND BBQ, SO WE MADE ALL OF OUR MEALS WHEN WE WERE IN. BREAKFASTS AND DINNERS. THE LOCATION OF RETHIMENON WAS VERY GOOD (1 HOUR FROM THE HERAQLION AIRPORT) AND THE VILLA 3-4 MINUTES DRIVING (1.5/KM) FROM SUPERMARKET AND VERY GOOD AND RICH BAKERY. WE REALLY RECOMMEND AND WE ARE EVEN THINKING OF COMING BACK IN THE SUMMER. Daniel and all the family
