We were able to walk to everything in town. Good restaurants and full grocery store close by. Easy living space for 4 adults.

Our family of 3 enjoyed staying at this property! The property was very spacious, so much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel! We liked being able to cook some meals, but there were some restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. We had some issue with connecting to the wifi, the owner was very responsive and came over to check on the issue. We would stay here again!

This was a great unit. It was perfect for our family of three. Right by a park with a lake and a short walk to the church area (Hallgrimskirkja) with numerous shops and restaurants. Especially enjoyed walking to Reykjavík Roasters and the cinnamon rolls at Braud & Co. Owner is very attentive and the unit has all the basics needed to enjoy the stay and do some cooking.

Everything was as described and was as we expected. Communication with Jónas was quick and reliable. Cozy apartment with all amenities. Easy to walk from the apartment all around Reykjavík.

A modern open plan apartment with good sized rooms. Well furnished with all the kitchen appliances that you need for a short break. Excellent location. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to families or couples looking for a central location.

The property was perfect for two close couples. Super accessibility to downtown. Very comfortably furnished and In perfect working order. Nice extra touches like coffee, plug adaptors, bathroom supplies, etc Accommodating and attentive hosts. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the apartment space and cleanliness. Two bedrooms and a washer/dryer were important to us. Easy walk to town and tour bus stops. Only “minor” negative is the street is a main route for traffic which was noisy until about midnight. Overall, I liked the apartment and I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable King bed in main bedroom. We’ll equipped kitchen and amenities. Street park was never a problem. Host was very responsive in timely manner. Didn’t have microwave but I also understand that most places in Reykjavík don’t. We enjoyed our stay and would go back!! Thank You Jonas

This unit has well equipped. Parking was easily obtained on the street. It was extremely well situated within Reykjavik.

The location is perfect - just a few blocks and easy walk from downtown Reykjavik! Beautiful neighborhood, very safe, and clean. Parking is still free along the street here as well. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was very nice. We used the washer/dryer several times and appreciated having a nice kitchen to prep meals for our adventures. Very clean, modern, and has a small patio if you’d like to sit outside. The only (very slight) negative was that the apartment didn't match the pictures posted at all, but I understand there may be a few different apartments within the same building. Also, there is not a microwave which may be typical for Iceland, but we were not aware of that and had to change up our meal planning some. The property manager, Jonas, was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Our 1 week stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is in a neighborhood setting just off the highway giving easy access when driving outside the city to explore areas outside Reykjavik. It's also within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Parking on the street was never any problem. The apartment was as presented, with comfortable bedding, and high end finishes.We would not hesitate to stay here again when returning to Reykjavik.

I definitely recommend this beautiful apartment located in downtown of the capital most the restaurant and gift shops are walking distance. We can wait to come back summer time!!.

The location was great, a 5-10 min walk to the main streets/locations. We were able to find parking for our rental relatively close to apt. The apt has everything you would need for your trip, would def stay here again.

From start to finish, where can I start, owner was available for any questions, self check in was so easy, clean and tidy, soap shampoo conditioner salt pepper dishwashing tablets fab coffee maker with pods plus plus, beds were extremely comfortable, tv great WiFi, free parking, only a short walk to downtown Reykjavik 5 to 10 mins absolutely no complaints at all, would definitely recommend if you book you will not regret 5 star

We spent three weeks at the apartment. It is ideally located, only 5 minute walk from the bus station (BSÍ) and 10 minutes walk from Laugavegur. There is also a Kronan and a Bonus less than 10 minutes away. Our host was both gracious and accommodating. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We will stay here again.

We spent 4 nights at this lovely property.Great location for walking to restaurants, shops, famous must see church/tower with a wonderful views of Reykjavik. Comfi beds, nice bathroom and kitchen. Jonás is a great host! Very accessible if any needs arise. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Reykjavik. This apartment is easy walking to the center restaurants, groceries and points of interest. We had a day touring the city on our own, easy street parking for our rented a car. Nice view of the city and Hallgrimskirkja. Very comfortable and roomy apartment. Would love to return.
