Just got back from staying in this studio apartment it was absolutely lovely. Clean well equipped every thing you need for a pleasent stay plenty of blankets and pillows. Apartment is a lot bigger than what the photos actually show. Brilliant location 15 min walk down to beach or 5 min to town. Plenty of bars and restaurants. 10 min walk from Arroyo train station. wifi English TV channels. Gorgeous views over the mountains and sea view. The owner Geoff was a lovely host very welcoming nothing was to much trouble. Could easily contact him if we needed to. Apartments them selves kepted clean. Would deffinetly recommend to anyone who is wanting a cheap no frills holiday. I Would deffinetly book again.Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the pool was closed until the end of May. Which was a shame because it looks a lovely pool. Thank you yet again for letting us stay... Kev ,Tracey

Had a great second stay in this apartment. It is basic but great value for money and in a fantastic location. The only issue I had was having to queue each day for an umberella at the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds but not enough umberellas.

Had a lovely stay in this studio it had everything you needed, it was very central to shops and bars and we would book again, Jeff was very helpful and checked to see if everything was OK throughout the week

Arrived early but were able to access the property just after 1pm. Jeff was there to meet us and was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and explained all that we needed to know about the apartment. He set up the wi-fi which was a real godsend. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Didn't watch much tv but it was available. Great shower which is very important. Located just a 5 min walk from Bonanza square and very close to the Arroya where we spent a fair bit of time. Bus stops are nearby and the railway station at the Arroya is about 10 minutes walk. Would recommend to couples looking for a good base if staying in the area.

Property is ok and clean. In internet show balcony but we don't have balcony.

Just got back from a fantastic stay in the apartment. It is what is says it is, not huge or 5 star but has all the comforts of home and in such a fantastic spot. The area is wonderful, so much to do, we never got round to doing half of it!! The train is a must from the airport, easy to get on and only cost €2.05 per person each way. Also only a 10 minute walk to the apartment. There is a hill to the beach however going down is fine, coming back up was fine for us but could be a challenge if walking isn't your 'thing'. Didn't have any issues whilst there, many supermarkets within a 5 minute radius and everywhere we looked there was somewhere to eat. If we had any feedback it would have been to know the opening times of the pool before going. In may and October it is only open 1130am-430pm due to the hire of a lifeguard. Although this has no bearing on the owner or the apartment, we, along with many got caught out and disappointed on our first day. Also with having to pay for sun beds each day, it would be great if there were the reclining chairs in the apartment to use by the pool. The view from the apartment is lovely, mountain and sea, my husband especially enjoyed watching the football. Looking forward to returning to explore the area further.

Had a lovely ten days here. Nice Manager for the Apartment as he checked if we were ok a few times. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in the studio . It was close to shops and bars and only a 15 min walk to the beach and marina . Our contact Jeff was very a very nice friendly man , and helped us with any questions about the area .

This studio was exactly what we expected.Clean compact but good vfm.Would have been nice to have a separate outdoor balcony but this did not spoil our stay.Excellent location for all amenities and train.Would go back.

Overall this studio does what it says on the tin. Fab view. Lovely pool area with snacks which are very reasonably priced. Sunbeds at pool to hire for 3 euros per day. Close to bars restaurant, the beach is around a 15 min walk and is steep coming back up in 34 degree heat. My only negative with this studio is no air conditioning, the cooling which is in the description is a ceiling fan only. This does not cut it in heat over 30 degrees especially at night time. I had to purchase 2 fans, which made it better. With this though Jeff, the property manager had popped by and then the next day phoned to say the owners do not like fans as it puts their electricity up . There was no way you cold survive without these . We left them for a neighbour. Maybe the owners should offer the mob air con unit and the customer pay for this and additional electric. Otherwise a great stay. Thanks

Lovely apartment. Great view. Swimming pool was great and the green area at the back was fantastic..most certainly recommend staying at the apartment lovely and clean, and plenty cutlery, mugs etc for personal use.Plenty of places to visit and lots of nice restaurants to eat at. It was that nice we have booked again with Carole for next year,
