good location was only positive feature.

whole place was musty, unclean & uncomfortable.

Location is great. Wi-Fi was good.

The property did not feel safe. The front door was fully glazed with a no deadlock. The smoke alarm was covered in cling film. The property smelt as if someone had been smoking and was stuffy / it has no windows that you can see out of or easily open. The walls throughout and sink unit were damaged. There were cobwebs and black mould in the bathroom. The sofa was saggy and uncomfortable and the bed was very soft with foam pillows. There was no coffee or normal tea. The soap was not boutique with a random collection I’m the bathroom. The blankets and towels were all very tired.

Incredibly damp and constantly smelt of damp. Even floors / carpets damp and sticky

Was lovely apartment really nice to just get away for a few days.

The coffee and sugar was 5 years out of date and didn’t realise until my boyfriend used it and was ill from it. Other than that everything else was lush

MY FAMILY WAS THERE THREE YEARS AGO AND STAYED FOR A WEEK. THIS TIME WE STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS AND THE APARTMENT IS AS COMFORTABLE AS EVER. NICE TALKING TO JAMES OVER THE PHONE AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

Place is accessible to city center.James very responsive to all our needs and inquiries.He is also considerater for check in and check out timing.And All things we needed are in the apartment.

The location

On opening the front door a heavy smell of damp hits you. Everything you touch feels damp. There was a dehumidifier on a timer which was obviously there because of the damp.
