Really caring host that made sure that we had all we needed. Gave great recommendations for catering. Excellent for kids. Very picturesque location.

Liked everything but to put it into context it’s a cottage style accommodation, not a 5 star resort - it has everything you need and more in terms of amenities but you won’t be getting en-suite bathrooms or central heating. You will need a car as there’s little to nothing in terms of stores or services nearby.

Cosy house with lots of space and ideal for sharing with friends and family

The host was very informative and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The location, even though pretty steep, was super nice to be by the river. The fancy coffee machine saved us!!! It was super cool for our 6-year-old to try out some setup activities outdoors and enjoy the toys indoors.

The entrance to the property can seem a bit deceiving but once you get there it's all good. I think the value would make more sense for a bigger family or group of friends. The sink is too small in the bathroom. We're still very happy though with the stay.

Great location and view of the river. Extraordinary cleanliness and very comfortable beds. A neat hostess who has thought of everything to make the guest comfortable and cozy.

Loveliest host Inga went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lovely cabin, very warm and cozy in the winter. Fully equipped kitchen and wood fire was brought to our doorstep for us to never run out. Definitely would recommend. The property overlooks the river that I'm sure looks just as amazing if not even better in the summer time!

This is a big house by the river, near the Bauska and Rundale palace. The hostess was really nice and caring, introduced the house and even lit a fire in the fireplace before our arrival. The house was spacious, the living room had three sofas and large dining table which took up almost the entire room. The kitchen was spacious enough and well equipped. There were three bedrooms upstairs plus one double bed on the stairwell. Two bedrooms had balcony with nice view. There was also sauna for additional fee in the house. There was big terrace with the river view and playground for children, including trampoline.
