This property was well furnished. Everything was clean. Plenty of bedding and linens. Property manager was very responsive, within 10-15 minutes I had responses to my questions.

We had a great stay. Weather wasn’t the best but that can’t be helped, obviously. Location and condo were wonderful. A few things could have been better: I didn’t receive the door code (condo owner said Vrbo shows it was sent. I received email that looked like it would have the info but it didn’t. Then when we arrived at around midnight we didn’t have the elevator code. Luckily the condo owner responded quickly to my text. I didn’t know there would be a code or I would have made sure I had it). Internet was sporadic until we complained on the 3rd day then we saw a Spectrum (?) truck so they must have come to fix. Elevator was slow and loud but functional. Aside from that, the condo was great. Very well equipped, beds and furniture clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Across the street we enjoyed lots of good restaurants and some fun shops. You wouldn’t need to rent a car if you stay here if you can get groceries delivered. Another tip: reserve lounge chairs and umbrella through Beach Services West ahead of time. They are right in front of the building on the beach. Excellent service and communication.

We had a wonderful time! Condo was in a very convenient location. Stunning views from balcony and saw dolphins and manatees daily!

Condo has a great view, easy beach access, and right across from John’s Pass and all its options. Host answers any questions super fast and was a great resource. Condo bedrooms are good sized. If you’re looking for a super modern/clean condo with updated finishes, decor, and tv’s this prob isn’t your first choice. But the beds are comfortable, location for area is close to everything. We didn’t even get in our car for 4 days of the stay. The only real negative that you prob want to be aware of, is this is the last complex that is next to the bay and the gulf. So there is a public park that borders this and it was extremely loud at night. If you want to take late night walks at the beach, we were not able to without feeling unsafe for our kids. One night there were 8 police doing a man chase in the park and had our beach access blocked and the police dogs were out. There was also a large number of teenagers gathering every night that would be doing burnouts and donuts. They would also jump the fence and actually use our pool area. This was only after dark at night. When the police would show up they would leave, but they always watched for them and would come right back with no police. During the day, it’s totally fine. We would stay there again so I don’t want this to sound too bad, we felt totally safe where we stayed. Condo works well, great location by lots of options. Host is good. Host even let us check out a little late just to be nice! We’d book again

This condo location is great! It is right across the street from John’s pass with many shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Overall the condo was clean, however, the linens/towels were not cleaned by a professional service and the sheets/mattress pad in the master bedroom had an odor and needed to be washed prior to use on day of arrival.

We loved our stay so much!! Love being able to walk across to St Johns Pass Village. Will definitely stay again!

If you are looking for somewhere close to the beach and John’s Pass, this is great! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed: including a crockpot! The owner is responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were perfect size and the condo itself it’s surprisingly big. The only downside is the condo could use some updating: the TVs in the bedrooms and the Children things provided like the high chair. Our 1.5 year old was able to slip right out of it as the high chair didn’t have a buckle. The condo also could’ve used a deep clean. The corners and some of the decor was dusty.

Very nice place. We loved this condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family and was stocked with everything we needed. It was right on the beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and activities.

We’ve stayed here before, and it is consistently great. Property well maintained and the condo itself is very comfortable. Owner is very friendly and responsive to any questions. Will definitely come again

Park the car and walk! Excellent location for walking to pubs, restaurants & touristy shopping. Overall very pleased with the property. Communication with property owner was excellent on a couple of small glitches. Quickly resolved.

We have stayed at Beach Place in the past and love the location. This unit had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Plenty of space for all our family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Fantastic experience. We had a little snafu with our parking (someone was in one of our spaces) but our host told us just what to do and was super quick to respond. The location was fantastic. Our teens could walk across to John’s Pass and explore. It was a perfect set up for us. The condo was ver tastefully decorated….everything was very well put together (that’s not always what you get at a rental). Loved our stay at this location!!!

The condo was excellent. Clean, updated and very well stocked. We cooked about half of our meals in, and had all the tools to do it with. The view and the beach were great. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. Thank you, The Whalen Family

The location and property were excellent! We really enjoyed being right across from John's Pass. I thought it may be noisy or too busy being so close, but we really had no problems with the location. I reached out to the owner about a few things and she literally responsed both times, within minutes and worked towards a solution. Would book again.

Very convenient to John's Pass, which was nice for a large family. The view from the 5th floor is amazing. We spotted many dolphins and even Manatees from our balcony

Property is well kept! From the 5th floor the view is amazing, and very quiet, The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals, some basic fishing gear and beach chairs are also in the unit for use if needed. I will stay there again! Thumbs up

Beautiful condo in the most amazing location! The views of the Ocean and John's Pass are gorgeous from the balcony. Be very careful if swimming in the ocean at Madiera Beach. The riptide is bad and a young man drowned while we were there. Stay close to shore in the ocean or enjoy swimming in the pool. We did both during our stay.

This was our 2nd time staying here and definitely won't be our last!! You can't beat the location, or the excellent fast communication from the owners.

The condo is located perfectly, right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. We had so much fun having coffee on the balcony, spending our days on the beach or at the pool, and our evenings enjoying John's Pass. The condo has every amenity you could want & then some. It was very clean & felt very safe with my family. Would definitely rent this condo again!!
