Centrally located yet quiet, safe, clean, pool, private deck and plenty of light with privacy. Nicely adorned kitchen and great bed.

Been coming to Key West for a few years and staying at different places. This one is the best. Clean, great location, close to the shared pool. Such a nice experience.

This condo was a great place for a couple to stay! Conveniently located on a quiet street, even on New Year’s Eve,, only a short walk from all the activity on Duval St. The small condo was attractively furnished, comfortable bed, deck just outside.we’d happily stay there again but next time I’ll bring a couple of ice trays, a decent corkscrew and cooking basics such as salt and pepper, oil, etc. that I usually find in a VRBO.

We loved staying here! It was great to park the car and walk everywhere or take the free bus. The pool was perfectly heated! Excellent stay. Until next time - thank you!

The property is nice and we enjoyed the pool. We did not like having a security camera on our private deck. We didn’t realize there was going to be a washer and dryer, so that was a nice bonus.

Pool was lovely in the evening - unit had enough space and was clean and updated. Can’t beat the location- easy walk to anywhere in town. Only issue we had was a lack of a blanket which we tried to address but the property manager was unable to provide one.

Fantastic location! Bed super comfortable. Overall great place to stay. Only issue we had was the batteries were pretty much dead on our keypad. I called Vacasa. They said they were sending someone over to replace them, and no one ever showed up. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

Perfect condo in perfect location. Beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and all of the little touches that made us feel at home. The shared pool was just steps from our doorway. Comfortable and clean.

The property was very nice with a bright interior and comfortable accommodations. We had a private patio/deck area with the pool right outside of that. Quiet area of town but walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Duval St.

My wife and I stayed for a few days in late January in the Oceana Suite. The place was beautiful and comfortable. It's an interesting arrangement where you come into the compound through a secure portico with a keypad. Inside there's a pool and access to the individual units. Ours had a gate that opened in to a private patio with an umbrella table. The unit had a different keypad that allowed you to come in and out to the patio without reentering the code each time but was easy to lock when we were leaving. The unit was spotless with comfortable furniture and good wifi. It's centrally located on the island but a bit of walk from the busier bar areas and Mallory Square. The transactions were smooth and easy, on arrival day we got an email with access codes, a welcome message from the local property manager and and the last day an automated checkout link. Definitely recommended for couples.

We loved this place! Very cute and clean. Perfectly located. Only issue was the heat/ac unit was a little confusing and the sofa bed is a little uneven. Otherwise great!!

Great location. Quiet well supplied.

The room was nice, strong ac and nice bathroom. The parking situation was not as advertised. Cites on site parking first come first serve. Upon arrival signs all over warn you will be towed without a specific parking pass, which was not provided. Customer service gave mixed answers and never received follow up from the same person. Car was kept parked blocks away while multiple spots were open the entire stay in the lot.

This rental was better than described! We loved the cozy living room, the bed was comfy, kitchen fully stocked, pool was relaxing and never crowded, and such a great location to explore Key West. We walked all over Old Town with ease! The unit was very clean and extra towels for bath & pool provided. We would highly recommend this rental. Thanks Vacasa!

Walking distance from Duval street. Private, clean, very nice place to stay. Loved it!

We loved being in walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Property could have been a little cleaner for our taste. We called upon arrival with a parking problem, and never received a call back. Our first night, we had no hot water. Called again and no call back again. My husband walked to the local Vacasa office and we finally got results.

Great location clean comfy place for two adults. Met a lot of nice people at the pool.

The house was fabulous. Clean, very spacious, "homey" feel and everything we needed. Location great. pool excellent,private courtyard.

This was a great property, very clean and modern and in a great neighborhood. Only reason not an overall top rating, is the water pressure in the shower and hot water for the whole unit. I expect some pressure issues in Key West…. But the hot water, or lack of jt was a problem. First day took 10-15min to get hot water in the shower, next day 20+ plus minutes, and last two days 30-40min. Had to take a cold shower this morning because it was time to check out and I couldn’t wait any longer. Perfect place in every way except the hot water. I should have contacted the VRBO manager and not just put up with it. I’d like to hear back about what the issue is.

What a cute villa with all the amenities! We loved the pool & the king size bed was super comfy! Only a short walking distance to pretty much everything, which we loved! We will definitely return!

My husband and I stayed at the property for your anniversary. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious with a nice private pool and patio. Check in and let was easy and the management team was amazing and checked in in us on a regular basis via phone and text. The location was perfect. Very closed to Duval Street and many atttactions were just a short walk or bike ride away but you still felt that you were in a private secluded area.

Place was nice and clean. Everything we needed was there for us. Walking distance from Duval street. We rented bicycles to go other places. Only thing was the ironing board was out but the iron was locked up with the staff supplies. Just glad we really didn’t have to iron anything. Pool was great!

The airport shuttle was wonderful and we appreciate Chad's assistance. We enjoyed the property & would return.

This place was close to everything yet far enough away to be a quiet retreat. Very clean. Outside area cleaned up every day. We even needed a maintenance call at 9 pm on Friday night and they were there within 15 minutes! Hope to return.

Great cottage on a quiet street. Had everything we would need. Short walk to Duval St. Heated pool for the cooler months. Corner grocery story a half block away. Rent bike from Eaton Bikes to explore!

We had everything we needed in this cottage - everything was clean and well thought out. Could have used a couple more blankets however as it got chilly at night. We used the beach towels instead of bothering management.
