Sehr helles und grosses Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und großem Kühlschrank. Gute Lage und shuttle zu den Themenoarks. Nette Bar, schöner Poolbereich, Gaming für die Kids (gegen Geld).

Große Pfanne und großer Topf auf Herd nicht zusammen nutzbar Wasser im Pool recht kalt.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and fridge were great in room. Loved the outdoor fireplace and the arcade for the kids.

Could use a hot tub or a heater in the pool. Our shower had a leaky faucet and felt the bathroom could have been cleaner - surfaces - when we arrived.

Hotel & rooms extremely clean. Friendly & Excellent Staff. Great hot breakfast.

The sofa bed mattress was in very poor condition & should be changed. The pictures describing the Queen bed suite with a separate living area were not correct. Both beds & sofa bed in one area.

localização é perfeita. Perto de parques, lojas, restaurantes. O fato de ter uma cozinha ampla e completa ajuda demais. O cafe e agua quente para chás disponivel 24hs é um plus. Alem da academia, os brinquedos eletronicos fazem sucesso com as crianças. O pessoal da limpeza, na grande maioria sao super agradaveis e nos ajudam sempre.

Poderia ter um playground com brinquedos basicos, escorrega, balanço e outras coisas. Seria perfeito se tivesse isso tb.

The facility is great. It was comfortable. When i first got there, the lady at the desk was a bit rude and rushing, but everyone else i encountered was super nice.

I had to call down a few times to get a blanket and sheets. The 2nd bed had NO linen, and there was none in the room.

I go to ORlando 3-4 times a year. I used to stay at other hotels, but after I stayed in TOWNE I just want to stay there. Their cleaning ladies are so nice, the game room a PLUS, and the size of the rooms are amazing. Best place to stay in ORLANDO

A localização do hotel é ótima , bem próximo da área da Disney , de restaurantes , posto de gasolina , farmácia e demais comércios .

Não gostei da limpeza do quarto que ficou a desejar e não gostei também do estacionamento pago . Tem hotéis bem próximos a ele que são muito bons e não cobram a taxa de estacionamento .

The breakfast was like walking into a high school cafeteria, noisy, chaotic and the food was lukewarm warm and tasteless.

Localização, o hotel e bem novo e possui uma academia excelente.

A limpeza não era bem feita e o carpete estava muito empoeirado. Não havia carrinhos de bagagem suficientes e mesmo estando sozinha com uma pessoa com deficiência e uma senhora de idade, não tive qualquer ajuda com a bagagem. O café da manhã é bem pobre na oferta de itens.

Front desk person who assisted us is kinda rude and not welcoming at all. The whole room smell like zonrox or cleaning solution especially the bathroom which is unbearable and really hurts your nose and head. There was also an instance when I called front desk to ask for lysol or any air freshener since the smell of the room is really disgusting, the personnel asked me to hold which I waited for 3minutes, in the end she hung up the call. We called 4 times but no one picked up the call anymore.

La ubicación

Limpieza es el factor que más influyó en la calificación negativa , en primera instancia hay que sacar turno para que te limpien la habitación y hay que apurarse por que se acaban. Estuve en el hotel hace tres años x eso decidí volver en su momento era hermoso , de ese tiempo a esta parte no tuvo mantenimiento alguno , se nota en las alfombras , paredes , fachada interna , piscina, a todo le falta atención , el estacionamiento es carísimo ( 24 usd x noche) me da la sensación que fui el único que lo pago, por que las barreras no andan y estaciona cualquiera con los problemas de seguridad que eso puede traer. No volvería nunca más .

The pool was nice, the gentle men who was working around 11:00am 11/07/23 was very pleasant when checking out.

The shower wasn’t perfectly clean, the shower head is extremely clogged up and doesn’t provide adequate coverage. When I originally checked the worker was a little unpleasant to deal with, no greeting no smile, nothing, he didn’t do anything wrong per-say but it’s just unpleasant. Also during our stay we came back to our room after an extremely long day just to find out our door battery had died so we could not get in (the gentleman sent to fix it the night of 11/06/23 was great!). 1 of the 2 elevators nearest to my room was out of service, and the 1 elevator that was in order made extremely eerie noises and made me and my partner nervous to say the least and had to wait a little longer then I would like to for an elevator.

El trato amable de la Sra Francés la más adecuada para recepcionar turistas dando solución a cualquier duda que uno pueda tener , la ubicación, no me gustó la cero coordinación cuando se hacen las compras para los parques te dicen te llevan y te traen y a la hora de la hora no pasa eso Me dejaron votada en el Parque junto a mi menor hija , tuve que llamar a un taxi porque ya era muy tarde , es mas me dieron el teléfono del hotel En una tarjeta para que nadie conteste hasta que finalmente al llegar al hotel te digan esos son números del depósito del hotel q no contestara nadie pero si en la tarjeta estaban esos números a uno la mandan la desvió esa Es la parte más negativa de este hotel

Lo que mencioné la descoordinacion respecto a los parques mejor dicho al recojo de los parques

10/11/2023-10/16/2023 房间根本没人搞卫生，去前台预约，也没人搞卫生，房间有床虫，咬了全家人，大儿子脚咬得去迪斯尼都没法走路！几次三番去前台，服务人员就说，预约了搞卫生，搞不搞卫生都不是前台的问题，迪斯尼买的玩具，放在椅子上5分钟闹钟就不见了
