There were bed bugs in our room and 2 of us got bite marks and rashes because of it

The question here was, how did you like the breakfast Breakfast? This wasn't an option, considering it said on booking that the restaurant wasn't open till further notice! Everything else on offer was ok though.

On the Saturday night a noisy group of what sounded like young people were in the pool abd spa which happened to be just below the patio and room we were staying at. Closing tine for the pool is 7, right? This was well beyond seven, and they were "allowed" to stay there 4 hours later! Sunday night we went to go to the spa, much earlier than the crowd on Saturday would have been in there, and the damn pool area was locked up! How is this fair?????? We are going to try to squeeze in the spa before check out time 10am tomorrow morning. We should have reported that crowd in the after hours time in the pool, whilst we had a chance, then maybe after hours would have been available to us too!

Great ambience with the internal garden and pool. No train noise, despite its proximity to the main sydney newcastle rail line. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean

Paid breakfast was a disappointment. Cafe is not on site. The selection was small, and underwhelming for the price. I would not pay for breakfast again

It is in a good location for us as we use it to visit friends living in Wyoming. The rooms are motel style, but adequately furnished, equipped and clean.

The hotel has no restaurant. They have an arrangement with a nearby cafe to provide breakfast for those who book on a B&B basis. The breakfast at the cafe is very nice, but is a 10.minute walk away. There was a loud party while we were there and a large family group took over the pool area.

Location is perfect, surrounded my a variety of super markets and food options! Our room was right in front of the pool and easy access. Property is well maintained and clean.

Bathroom needed updating Funny smell in bathroom Bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so mattress was exposed.

Location and price at time. I tried to book another weekend and the price was sky high so looked elsewhere.

The bathroom was little dated and vent had loud rattle to it and air con heat was poor.

The staff are soooo friendly and nice. I have stayed here on 4 previous holidays (and when it was called different names, ie, under different management) and this staff are the best and nicest. Will definitely stay again.

There were noisy guests nearby - but that is on them as rude people, can’t really blame the hotel for this.

Room was very clean and the check in process couldn't have been easier. Excellent communication from admin prior to arrival.

TV didn't work. For $140 a night on a Sunday night I would have expected something as simple as the TV to work. I called reception and they didn't seem to care - they just said the Foxtel had been disconnected. This didn't worry me but if you are a light sleeper be aware some of the rooms are located very close to the train line.

Staff were friendly and the trees /gardens made it a pleasant stay

Occasionally other tenants could be a bit excited and noisy but didn't last too long.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great value for money.

Pool and pool area needed to be cleaner. A little tlc requires for the gardens.
