But we have a few things we would like to cal to your attention! The pictures on the Vacassa app are not the same as in person. The cabin is waaaay smaller in person but its still very nice. The sinks of the bathroom were clogged. The broom is the size of a toddler and is broken. & the kitchen stove clicks the whole entire time when you have more than 2 flames on.

This house is very spacious and comes with everything you need for cooking. However, it does not have a toaster so we used the oven to toast bagels, english muffins, etc. The house was clean and was stocked with linens and towels. The views are amazing, however you can see all the devastation to the forest from the fire that ravaged through the area recently. The master bed and two of the four queen beds in the guest room were comfortable. The bed on the main floor and in the bedroom off the game room were very uncomfortable, rock hard. All of the bathrooms were good size and functioning. Please note: there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. After being on the lake all day you come back to a hot house! We contacted Vacasa and they did immediately provide us with some box fans for the rooms. Their prompt response was greatly appreciated. :) Several window screens need to be fixed. There are huge holes in them or the windows don't have screens at all. Being that the house needs to cool down, you need to open the windows and with damaged/no screens several bugs get in. Unfortunately we had to close a lot of the windows due to this issue. We did speak with the next door neighbor, who is a full time resident, and it is requested that all noise be calmed down by 10:00 p.m. We did comply by all of us coming in from the outside deck at 10:00 p.m. Everyone in the neighborhood keeps their windows open at night (due to lack of AC) and the noise travels quickly and is very loud. If you have a boat - Due to the low lake levels, there are several rocks in the lake that are not marked by the Sheriff's Department as hazardous. Our boat was subsequently damaged and we had to make a police report for insurance purposes. Sadly our trip was cut short. Please beware!!!

We had an amazing time! The home had plenty of room and a lot of amenities. However, I didn’t read the information about it being right next to a cliff. It’s not very child friendly but our kiddos still did fine. The house is beautiful we would definitely go back.

This cabin was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. We had three small families vacationing together and there was plenty of room. About 20 min from China Peak and 5 min from stores and great restaurants. We will definitely be renting this home again.

This is the our third stay at this beautiful house. We're sad and disappointed that this house is lacking in upkeep. For example, in 2018, we brought to the attention of property manager that the master bedroom bathroom pocket door did not function at all and needed repair. We also advised them that the toilet paper holder was loose. This year, over Thanksgiving, we found the same deficiencies still existed. The pocket door still did not work. Someone had patched the bathroom wall (but not painted where they spackled) but had not installed a holder. Also, we were disappointed that there were only four beverage glasses and NO wine or champagne glasses in a house that sleeps 12. We called VACASA to ask for drinking and wine glasses. We were advised that the local employee would respond: we did not hear anything before we left. The house has a nice kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of seating and a big two car garage. With proper attention, this house could return to its previous 5 star rating.

Amazing place to stay. Gorgeous views. Everything except the grill was cleaned. Grill got on fire because of the grease that has not been cleaned well. Property manager was hard to reach. Overall a great place to stay.

This was a great property, the inside designs and styles was beautiful along with the view from the back, only thing I recommend is fixing the water drainage for all the sinks. But overall this was a great place!

Loved the beautiful scenery view, the easy access, spacious rooms and game room. The granite floors were nice.

The stay at this property was fabulous. The cabin was clean, welcoming, and had all the essentials to make our stay fantastic. Beautiful views of the Sierra’s... breathtaking sunset view and so much space in the cabin for the whole family! Great for a large group, no one felt cramped and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in! Just an FYI - A LOT OF stairs. If you have difficulty with mobility I would suggest looking for a different place each space in the house requires a step down or up stairs. This didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay, just wanted to make note of that. Overall, i look forward to returning to this property!! Such an amazing experience, nothing negative at all.

This is simply amazing

We stayed here before the Christmas holiday with our extended family. The bedrooms were all great for space. However, the main floor bed (right off the front door) was very wobbly and rock hard. These guests were not happy!
The master bedroom and additional rooms were great and spacious. The host provided plenty of towels and supplies. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen had a lot of equipment and space. We used the island and kitchen table constantly. The view was fantastic and we loved all the outdoor space as it was not that cold so we were outside a lot. The game room was a lot of fun and got used for pool every day. Next time we just hope for snow!

You can't beat the view from this location. Nestled against a huge granite cliff you can see gorgeous views and breathe-taking sunsets. The house has three decks and swing out back from ensuring you get to take in the majesty of this location. Located just 5 minutes for the beauty of Shaver Lake, you are constantly in an outdoor paradise. The house has tons of space and laid out perfectly. Great for a family trip or just a quit romantic getaway. Loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous views. Loved the way the home was nestled up against he granite cliff. Just breathe-taking.

The house was beautiful, lot of character. and of course the view was incredible. enjoyed our stay! would highly recommend!

The house was lovely and we had a great visit. We did not manage to figure out how to get the TV working in the living room but did not bother to call for help as it wasn't a priority with so many other things to do around the area. We loved the swing seat in the backyard, enjoyed grilling, and the sunsets were spectacular. The kitchen is big and provided lots of cabinet space. The master bedroom is spacious with a great big tub in the bathroom and I loved reading on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.
